In my opinion, the 90's was the best decade for dance music. What I loved most about 90's dance music was the melodies

My personal faves

New Jack Swing!

New Jack Swing!

New Jack swing!

I don't necessarily remember the EARLY 90s, but its definitely my fav decade for music lol And if you haven't guessed, i'm obsessed with NJS.

(oh johnny gill lololol)

Not to mention Janet's Miss You Much and pretty much ALL of MJ's Dangerous album (hence why I'm a Dangerous era girl lol)

Oh and I realize some of these might be more 80s than 90s. But still :p

Let's not forget about the golden trip-hop era with artists like Bjork, Portishead, Massive Attack. Or The Prodigy!

I agree with you guys and so does a lot of my co-workers. The 90's was IT! :punk:
Some will argue that it was the 80's but uhn uhn :nono: The 90's all the way!
I had so much fun listening to, dancing to, grooving to, and experiencing that era of music.

NJS all the WAY for me! That and some of the Rap/Hip Hop that was released during those years will stand the test of time better than what came after it.
