Ads still showing (Patron Subscriber)

Hi!

I've been getting ads though I've signed up to Patreon to be a premium subscriber. This just started tho. I also still make regular donations in addition. Can the adds be stopped and premium service given to me?

Hey, your account is not a premium member account, which will be why you're seeing ads. Which means in the two systems of contributing (paypal/patron) you don't have active accounts.

By all means let me know where and what accounts details it is you're contributing and I will update them.

Hi Gaz, I set up automatic payments through Patreon. Everything was well up til a month ago in terms of my account being premium. I can email you the email address I used but I rather not post my email here. Here are screenshots of my membership. I'm under MJsAngelofMusic in Patreon. I can email my last receipt as well. But I'd rather not post here because it has transaction ID on it. My patreon email is different from the one I used to sign up to the site with years ago.
