damn you guys are freaking me out, no I'm not numb or tingly, just weird ass cramps shooting up and down the left side, from shoulder to calf, been happening all day, I'm just waiting on it to go away

sounds like a pinched nerve.. like your syatica.. sorry i cant spell that.. thats anerve that goes down both legs and if its pinched can cause pain all up side and down the other of your body. or you mean cramps like pms type cramps?
