Can't login using wifi.

So I've been unable to log in using my mobile for months and just put up with it but today I realised that there is only a problem if my phone is connected via wifi. If i disable the wireless connection and use 4g instead I can log in without a problem. It's there a workaround for this?

Using galaxy s8.

You mean Log in here in this forum?
 
Hi, yes.

Whenever my phone is connected to wifi, any wifi, the forum won't allow me to log on.
The only way to do it is to disconnect wifi and use my contract's mobile data allowance.

Mikky Dee, did Gaz provide any response?

I guess it's not a big deal really but I'd like to get it sorted if possible.
 
Hi,

After checking, it would seem there are no settings or functions that allow me to determine when someone is on wifi or not, generally this is a remote issue that only you can look into sorting on your own devices.

I have also tried to replicate it my end, which I can't seem to do so.

Also, to add/clarify....the site is on a public IP gateway. The only instance of loading issues is with the server - thus if it loads for MJJC and other members, then its working fine. Individual issues, whether wifi, ethernet or mobile devices, are all issues locally, that is with your own supplier, or with your devices. I hope you eventually get it sorted out, at your end. :angel:
