Cardiff 1992 seems to be quite unique

An audio recording of this show has been available for a few years now.

been waiting all my life to see that bro. Surely on the lead up to the Biopic the estate releases some never seen before footage?
I honestly doubt that. Also we are not sure if it did happen. He did reharse RTT for the Dangerous Tour but it was never added to the setlist. Unless it was added eventually for some concerts, which is weird since Michael was a perfectionist and wouldn't perform something without the attention to details.

Yeah, I'm almost certain this is fake.

The blue TWYMMF shirt is a different material on the tour:

He's wearing the usual tour attire here from Cardiff:

The J5 medley would be next after that photo was taken.

I think this is an edit of a genuine Cardiff photo using AI [and not just to enhance the quality as this person claims].
Maybe its not TWYMMF shirt. He is still wearing pants from the leotard outfit. Like at Super Bowl. Could be fake though.

The point is that right after She’s Out Of My Life, there was a break, due to the heavy rain. So, that is the moment where, according to someone on Reddit (yes, could very well be BS for all we know), the band performed RTT and ITC.

And it could be the moment where Michael went backstage and changed into this shirt. Why he would change? No idea. But I’m just saying it would make sense in terms of timeline.

One of MJ’s dancers insists they performed “Remember the Time” at least once, if I’m recalling correctly. That said, I find it extremely convenient that the recording we have cuts off right as those two songs were performed.

I could buy that the band maybe played them as interlude pieces, but if MJ ever took the stage and sang them, we’d know about it for sure.

I mean to be fair, if this photograph of Michael performing the J5 Medley in a different outfit, ends up being real, the chance of RTT being performed on tour is a bit higher. It shows that there are things we have never seen before, even 33 years later.

However, even if Eddie Garcia said they did it once on the tour, in front of an audience, I still find it hard to believe that no fan would ever mention it. The only way it would make sense would be if they performed it in Cardiff during that interlude when it was raining.

Since we know that they did a sound check for RTT in Bucharest, and Kevin Dorsey has said that Michael would randomly add the song to the set list at different stages in the tour, I think it’s fair to say that it is possible that they did perform it that night. The same way they did ITC in Toulouse.

I don't think its out of the question for that photo to be real and from the J5 Medley. I mean we've had multiple instances of Michael pulling out different outfits in the middle of shows (the Black Jacket in Chile '93, the red jacket in certain '84 shows), so why not here? And as people have pointed out, there was a break right before the medley which could be the perfect excuse to change outfits.

I guess we'll never know unless some other photos or footage surface. That image would imply that there's a performance of "Thriller" with a white shirt on instead of the golden leotard.

That could be I'll Be There tho, remember that he wore the black Michael Bush jacket after Darryll part in Bucharest, same thing happened in Glasgow.

"Yes, I do. But I'm not sure if Michael Jackson wanted me to tell you all.
I'll try to talk to him in my dreams and, one day, if he says "yes, tell 'em", I'll do it."

tf man....its been 8 years. WHAT WAS THE REASON!!!???

This article mentions about the concert what is was like 30 years when he was there and which songs he performed. No mention about RTT or ITC. But an interesting detail about Thriller being in low key and a shorter version than in Wembley the week before:

More “lowkey”…likely the way it was in Bremen a couple of days later, without the coffin and the magic trick and everything.
