I heard in a podcast the other day that Jacobshagen has said that he doesn't believe Wade and James. That sounds ironic coming from a con man who has previously claimed that Jackson "crossed the line" with him. Somebody who met MJ briefly in the late 90s and has built a whole fantasy around that.

LN didn't mute MJ entirely but it did seriously damage the legacy. The damage will continue for many years. New accusations will compound that damage and may be enough to mute MJ in the long run.

I think you see all this a way too dark!
When it would be anouther dead famous artist and legacy to who/ which this would happen right now you can be right and they could have already driven the final nail in the coffin with the airing od LN!
But because it is Michael Jackson who is the most beloved human being in the world and has this huge powerful great impact on millions of people all this greedy enemys will NEVER win!
Michael with his beautiful lightful spirit who could survived in his great art is too strong!
Most people who will study him will always tend to trust him and to find him much more beliveable then anyone else who are saying things about him.
And when they will resarch the interviews of his family members talking about this subject esspecially in 2019 they will belive him even more!
Cause this interviews were instead of LN compleatly unscripted and free.
Brandy, Taj Jackson and others needed no takes in a two year produced documentery like Wade James and his family, because for speaking the truth it is not nessasary!

And they know it but some celebs know how to response better. Madonna, Denzel, etc did excellent jobs. Amazing these journalist do not ask celebs about other docs. I do not think I heard anyone of them ask celebs about R Kelly doc or Harvey Weinstein. That shows you their motives. WOnt work.

Good point about how they never try and push a response out of these celebs about other documentaries or celebrity scandals like Harvey Weinstein.

What did Denzel say? He said something in defence of MJ? Oh, I would love to hear/read what he said. DW is well respected and the more at his stature are needed to shake the fear off of others to speak up or at the very least, give a PC response like Madonna.

those media fools know but they used this trash to get ratings and some may have been paid to push the lie now. The media did NOT cover these fools court cases or when Wade made appearances on Inside Edition.

People expressing doubts or concerns aren't automatically trolls or haters, they're just being honest about how they feel. You don't have to agree with other members' opinions, but you do have to accept that they are free to express them here, as long as it's not disrespectful or abusive. Being able to express their concerns means they can feel less alone, more knowledgeable fans can help to educate, give reassurance, and maybe allow them to see things from a different perspective. Having doubts doesn't make someone less of a fan. It's just human nature.

No one is forcing you to go in that thread. If you don't like it, don't read it. It's that simple.

So, what he will do if his documentary is about sexual allegations ! How will he respond to question about his documentary !!
Not having the courage to reply on D.D = a BS documentary.
 
I really wonder how the Estate will beat HBO in the arbitration case, I mean how they will convince the judge that HBO concretely did not comply with its contractual obligations !!!
After watching their intervention in Harvard Institute of Politics , I found the lawyers are not convincing at all.

I think he didn't respond because he knows she's not worth his time. Anyone who knows about her knows that she will not listen to reason.

Not to mention if he DID respond, she and the rest of the hater crowd could very likely twist his response into an act of aggression.

Diane Diamond is trash. I’m glad Taj didn’t lower himself to respond to that #@$&*. That’s exactly what she wanted him to do so she could lie and twist what he said. Anyone who has been a fan of Michael for 35+ years, as I have, knows how vile and despicable this “woman” is. You can bet money that creature has her hands in this latest scam. Her stench is all over it. Longtime MJ fans know Diamond’s MO and this LN fraudomentary is filled with her treacherous crap that she used in the 1993 scam.
Again, Taj was brilliant for ignoring that trash DD.

I don't agree with your point, but I do have doubts about how effective the documentary can be.

Let's not forget living people can be defamed and they can sue. They can also speak out in the press and do rounds of media interviews.

Taj will be significantly limited on what he can say and how he can say because of the legal protection people have.

He will have to stick to verifiable facts and use the accusers' words against themselves.

Luckily Evan Chandler is dead so he can say whatever he likes about him, and that will help in debunking the 93 allegations, including openly calling him an extortionist etc if he wants.

Jordan is living and has remained quiet about the allegations (at least publicly) so Taj will have to be more careful there. He only has the 93/94 legal docs to work with. He may be able to convince the defence witness from the 05 trial to come forward and confirm JC told her he was never abused.

Arvizo and Francia are alive and so Taj has to stick to court records.

On the other hand, Wade has been particularly vocal in the public domain about MJ and past allegations and we have access to their legal documents, and the LN film, so there is plenty of evidence to use against him and James. Taj just has to use their own words against them. He doesn't have to call them liars. He doesn't have to call them perjurers. It's possible for him to not calling them with their names?
Michael did that with Tom Sneddon and called the song D. S.
 
In the new video of Jermaine Jackson ( with TMZ) he seems more comfortable than his appearance 2-3 months ago.. He spoken about Quincy and indirectly about Oprah
