Controversial MJ Documentary Leaving Neverland [GENERAL DISCUSSION THREAD]

You know it's hurts me how people did Michael in this world. it's make me wanna cry also. i don't understand this world. why everyone so cruel to each other? whatever happen to respect one another and have manners? i don't get it. i'm not sure why this world so cruel. stuff like this don't never want me to bring another person into this world. and i'm am serious. very understanding why Michael was so protected to his kids. this world is crazy man. i feel all the cruel people deserve therapy and to be arrested these type of people get away with it so much why they not getting in trouble? bullying is most definitely an crime and i deal with it since i was a child. that stuff does effect you. it's really hurts my heart. bless Michael and his family. they went/and still go though too much in this world. why so much hatred?

This saga will have its peaks and valleys. We are here for you Alh21 and we will get through it.

And remember too, that what you see and read represents a very small part of the whole world. It just seems bigger because it is your part of the world.

There are many places on this planet where LN and its fallout have had little to no effect. People have gone with their lives with their perceptions of Michael unchanged.

Thank u so much for your reply, its lovely to know that people on here care, it just always seems like an up hill struggle were MJ is concerned and it breaks my heart that he will never be left alone, it would be so nice to find out that them two scumbags have been brought to justice

I know what u mean, I've found that it is supposed to be a good thing just to cry if that's how u feel, I've done that this morning and I do feel a bit better, I love the fans on this site because we are all on the same page and love MJ to bits, and we can support each other when we need a virtual hug, I thank u all from the bottom of my heart for that

Stay away from the negativity. Twitter and social media. If it upsets you then why go near such outlets. Seriously it is not good for ppls mental health. i say this with the best intentions but You have to learn how to protect yourself. Staying away from the negativity and sticking to the fan boards is your best option. Thats how we all surived the trial etc. Ok there wasnt twitter etc then butcwe still had to avoid negativity and hate.

It's just the constant trolls that say disgusting things, the words they use are so vial, and Oprah is no better, her post is terrible, it turns my stomach

what did oprah post? you don't have tell me if it's too much for you.

Yes I think u are right, tbh I haven't actually read anything that has been any use, it does upset me unlike this forum which is so much better and isn't full of stupid people just out to cause upset and wind everyone up, it's so bad, this is one of the reasons why I don't have Facebook. Thank u for the advice

I have gone right through twitter and I cant find the comment that she put on, I'm wondering if she has deleted it but one of the lines that she wrote was, if an abuser knows what they are doing the child will enjoy it. that has got to be one of the worst things I have ever read and actually brought me to tears, it disgusted me so much that I actually reported her post, maybe that's why its been taken off

you know oprah was abuse as a child as well. you sure she wasn't talking about Michael or herself? what she wrote it at?

I'm really struggling today, I don't know if its the MJ conspiracy book that I'm reading or just the comments on twitter about them two idiots that's causing the problem. if possible would any fans on here be able to help lift my spirits, I would be ever so grateful, I really need it right now

LN is just one chapter in Michael's story. Not the end of it. Michael is light and love. His legacy is light and love. That energy is bound to the work he left behind and is within his millions of fans all over the world. It attracts people of all ages and races to him and will continue to do so for future generations. It's not something people can extinguish. It's too powerful and held by too many people. Lies and darkness are not stronger than the truth and the light. It's why Michael's legacy is still standing despite the constant bombardment he has faced for decades. Do you think anyone will care about LN in 5 years? 10 years? 100 years? No. The goodness and the message in Michael's art is what will endure. We are in the middle of a storm right now. But that's all this is. And all storms must pass eventually. So don't let yourself get dragged down into the negativity. Hold Michael's spirit of peace and love in your heart and trust that everything will be okay.

I've no idea who she was talking about, I'm not sure she was referring to anyone in particular or why she said it, it wasn't something I wanted to read and I'm sure other victims wouldn't either

What keeps me going is that after going through the 2005 trial, Michael was able to sell out the O2 arena 50 times.

This too shall pass. We just have to keep our head high and keep fighting.

yes you are so right, I'm not sure how to fight if I'm not on social media though, how does everyone else do it?

You dont have to fight it to the detriment of your health. There are enough of is out there fighting the good fight.. not actively figgtibg on social media doesnt make you less of a fan. Some fans have harder skin than others. You can do other things like emailing media outlets with the facts when they print crap.

everybody should watch this. same story today! in the early 90s Michael went through it for the first time and history repeats!!

MONEY is the root of all evil. we all know that. Michael was and still is such a megastar. Noone every reached this level of fame. The same sensationalism and money grab back in the 90s we are witnissing today. SO SAD, but also so human. Unfortunately.

It is so easy to find out the truth. It is out there. Everywhere. Proofs and evidences not only that all the accusers are liars but also proofs for his innocence. But we are human. Media is all about profit. They write what sells. There is no better example than the video above.

But in the end Michael will be stronger than ever. I know it.

Make sure you look before thinking anything. i do that too sometimes. chances are you got upset for nothing.

Being human got nothing to do with getting a free pass. you do the crime. you do the time. i'm not talking about Michael here. i'm talking about people who did these things to him. no. they deserve to be call out etc.

Alh21 - stay away from it. That's the best way to deal with it I think.

Reading all those horrible things upsets me too. I couldn't cope being immersed in that every day.

My attitude to all this, 9 months on, is like we did lose this battle, and possibly the war. But I still continue to celebrate Michael in my heart. I just don't think there's a place in society to have that shared experience of celebration of Michael anymore. At least not right now. Time may change things.

But so what, you know what he meant to you. I know what he meant to me. And I'm not turning back now. Meanwhile I'll quietly support the truth coming out, if it ever does!

Life teaches you that not everyone will agree with you, and that that's okay.

Just finished MJ ONE and wanted all of you to know that the house was PACKED with people from every age and race. And his streamings were up 40% and he had over a billion streamings in July.

So very true and yes you are right, social media is so draining and upsetting, I will be shutting twitter down tomorrow and stay well away from any negative things about Michael, thank you for the kind words

They definitely do and I pray with all my heart that happens

That's a very good idea, I think I might just do that, it will mean I can still fight for Michael but avoid social media, its so bad and I knew it would be a disaster when I signed up for it, but at least I know what to avoid

I just wanted to say a big thank you for the lovely replies and support, u are all wonderful people and I'm so glad that I'm part of this great forum

It really bothers me when people just became a fan after this lying doc saying they hated MJ. i'm sorry but screw you. where was you at 1993? my mother been a fan all her life and these lies didn't stop her from loving him. i'm sorry but those people make me sick. get out of my face.

You are going to be fine. All entertainers have haters but we love the BIGGEST entertainer in the world who are in the eyes of some larger than life so the hate is going to be stronger. We love MJ and he has taken so much that some fans take things to heart deeper. DO not let a few haters make you think everyone hate on MJ. THAT IS A LIE. I keep say the phrase, "One cricket in a house can make it sound like you have a house full of crickets when it is just ONE". Haters/trouble makers are the same. They just make the most noise but people who love MJ are going to love him no matter what at this point. This is why I say anyone who claimed to be fan who let a lying doc change their view of MJ was NEVER a fan from the start. I say when people read stuff on MJ, keep things in perspective especially on social media where u have people who just want to start drama. I can often spot these kind of trouble makers. Keep your head high.
