So TMZ said Murray could be charged/surrender today.. now TMZ have said -

Dr. Conrad Murray's lawyer says he's in the dark -- and doesn't even know if the D.A. will file charges in the death of Michael Jackson.


J. Michael Flanagan just arrived at his law office in Glendale, CA, and said there are "no plans" to turn Dr. Murray over to authorities.

As we have already reported, however, we know Dr. Murray's legal team has been in touch with the D.A. and they were told they'd get a call as soon as charges were filed so Dr. Murray could go to the courthouse in downtown L.A. and surrender.

As we first reported, the D.A. has already drafted a criminal complaint against Dr. Murray, who will be charged with involuntary manslaughter in Michael Jackson's death.
 
so i guess if this ever gets to court, it will be Michael Flanagan against Michael Flanagan in court??????????????
who picks an attorney that has th esame name of the person who is investigating you....
 
Flanagan has also stated that he doesnt know what is going on. I bet he doesnt.

We're told Murray will meet with his California lawyer, J. Michael Flanagan, who told TMZ just a few minutes ago, "I don't know what's going on."

Dr. Murray is also meeting with Ed Chernoff, his Houston lawyer, and others on his team.

Sources tell TMZ involuntary manslaughter charges will not be filed today but if Murray surrenders on schedule it appears the L.A. County District Attorney will file charges first thing in the morning and Dr. Murray would be arraigned in downtown L.A. criminal court.
 
This is the most fuckery Ive ever seen!! Nobody seems to know whats going on!! These people are suppose to be professionals..They all look like a bunch of idiots!!!


Ever since Michael has passed, not one reliable piece of information has come out...One media outlet says right, another says left...The media has been stating that Murray was going to be charged back in Oct..Its now Feb...he will be charged today, he is going to surrender...nope not today, maybe tomorrow....What a crock of shit!!
 
TMZ need to remain silent and be thought of as a fool than to post another Michael Jackson story and remove all doubt!

TMZ has been the propaganda machine for the killers from the start if you ask me!! Remember the big "story" about Jan. 18th was the day to watch! Then, nothing!
They are just blowing more smoke to put out the idea that Murray killed Michael but it was Michael own fault, story! It pisses me off!
Everyone just started tuning into them like they new everything because they were allowed to break the story that MJ has passed.
This Michael Flanagan deal, is just one more coincidence in a line of coincidences that never seem to end!

But do not want to confirm to avoid media and public, because if
Michael fans are the front as they did at time of trial,

They are not the same, I think it is just a case of old men looking alike & the names are close. Murray's lawyer is J. Michael Flanagan, J. is apparently for John, the other is Michael Flanagan. There is also a Michael J. Flanagan who specializes in automotive franchise law. Seems to be a common name.

according to the dea website there is a Michael p flanagan who works for the dea/gov
wouldnt they or shouldnt charge Murray in vegas, because that is where they "found the propofol receipts in his vegas office I mean isnt this a federal case not a lapd case.
because of being a Doctor,. The lapd really shouldnt charge him right, it should be the federal police or state police in the state in which he lives????
I thought if the dea is involved it makes a state or federal case

The crime was comitted in LA so that's where the trial will be. Same with MJs trial.

yeah but mj's trial wasnt a federal case
isnt it federal law when it comes to doctors in court
shouldnt it be the state of Ca police arrest and book him
not La county. I have no idea
 
the dea is federal gov if they are investigating you and doing "raids" then they have the
case. It makes it a federal case. Lapd dont have jurisdiction at that point.

That is where it gets tricky I think because propofol is not a controlled substance, so the DEA would not have jurisdiction, except maybe for crossing state lines with drugs. The other doctors may have more problems with the DEA. Not sure.

We do need a lawyer here, LOL, like Dangerous said.
