What do you expect from Stanely Katz who oversaw the evaluation of the 300 "victims" of the McMarten case and determined that they suffered all kinds of sexual abuse only to discover later during the trial that not single one out of those 300 so called victims was really a victim.

Update (June 21, 10:10 A.M.): A representative from the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department gave Vanity Fair the following statement regarding the documents:

Some of the documents appear to be copies of reports that were authored by Sheriff’s Office personnel as well as evidentiary photographs taken by Sheriff’s Office personnel interspersed with content that appears to be obtained off the Internet or through unknown sources. The Sheriff’s Office did not release any of the documents and/or photographs to the media. The Sheriff’s Office released all of its reports and the photographs as part of the required discovery process to the prosecution and the defense.

The disgusting lies of the media are already being exposed.

He was one of the so called specialist who examined the children in the McMartin allegations? I didn't know that, it wouldn't surprise me if he coerced some of those children to "confess" they were abused. :bad:

Notice just about every year around the time OF MJ's anniversary, there is always some story even when proven to be false comes out about MJ. To me, MJ had a trial in 2005 n which they threw everything at him but the kitchen sink.

Let me show you how the media manipulates the public with this. The Daily Beast for example wrote that "child pornography was found" (simply not true - if someone insists there was ask him to show you where MJ was charged with it, because he should have been if child porn had been found). Then the stuff they claim to be "gore" and "child torture" is a book called Room to Play.

An art book that contains surreal, photoshopped pics of children, in surrealistic settings. Pics like these:

"which included a photo of murdered child beauty queen Jon Benet Ramsay with a rope around her neck" - This is the photo they are talking about.

So that description too is very manipulative as it implies that there is a photo about the actual murdered body of Ramsey.

And this goes on with all the books and all the manipulation. The books all have been ALL introduced to trial in 2005 and the jury found him "not guilty". If child porn had been found MJ would have been charged with it. If anything illegal like child torture, animal sacrifice etc. had been found it would have been emphasized to death by the prosecution.

These are simply art books, some pics might be "edgy" or not everyone's cup of tea, but they are art books that you can find in any book store or library. The Michael Jackson estate has strenuously denied allegations regarding an alleged pornography collection once found on the star's property, telling Digital Spy in a statement that "enough is enough".

RadarOnline has published an 88-page report, purportedly including information compiled by investigators prior to Jackson's molestation trial in 2005.

Jackson was ultimately acquitted on all counts at the end of that five-month molestation trial.

Regarding new allegations that police found graphic sexual images on Neverland Ranch during its 2003 investigation, the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Department told Billboard: "Some of the documents appear to be copies of reports that were authored by Sheriff's Office personnel as well as evidentiary photographs taken by Sheriff's Office personnel interspersed with content that appears to be obtained off the internet or through unknown sources.

"The Sheriff's Office did not release any of the documents and/or photographs to the media. The Sheriff's Office released all of its reports and the photographs as part of the required discovery process to the prosecution and the defense.

"The documents with a header titled Sheriff's Department that contain a case number appear to be Sheriff's Office documents. The photos that are interspersed appear to be some evidentiary photos taken by Sheriff's investigators and others are clearly obtained from the Internet."

However, The Michael Jackson Estate delivered a strongly-worded denial of these latest allegations and a rebuke of those who "shamelessly exploit" the late star.

Once again I'm seeing people go "Well OJ was found not guilty!" as if that completely discredits every other non-guilty verdict in American court history (and thus, Michael's verdict). They are two completely different cases and shouldn't be compared. Ugh.

Exactly. And we know about ADULT porn he had. That came out during the trial and if anything, it proved HE was a real heterosexual man. And the did not FOUND NO CHILD PORN. I that was true, Mj would have been charged with "possession of child pornograghy" and that alone will give you jail time. Look at Jared from the Subway commercials and many others that I had to do process police reports on (I have been working in Law enforcement for 17 years today). Again, Michael had everything thrown at him. To me, this I no more than someone at Radaronline who want to trash MJ on his 7 anniversary. Look at the timing.

Completely agree. I understand that the Estate does not want to add fuel to the fire and in most cases, I would even agree with their stance. BUT when such a damning article like this is being spread wildly throughout news media and social media (more so than the usual MJ tabloid filth), THEN is the time to stand up and defend the man who's legacy you are being paid to protect.

No, if you know the evidence of MJ case and all of those who were proven liars on the case, that is how you know MJ was innocent. Based on the EVIDENCE. They want to compare OJ all because both men were black. the EVIDENCE proved MJ to be innocent. Also, for those who want think Mj is guilt, tell them to give you PROOF from the 2005 TRIAL to back up their claims.. THEY CAN NOT DO IT which I have challenge a FEW folks and those people back off or start name calling which proves to me they know I am telling the truth or they are internet trolls. And to be honest, at this point, People who love MJ will continue to love him while a few others will always trash him for whatever reason. And in truth, all celebs will go through this even Muhummad Ali.

I see people compare them all the time not necessarily because they're black (though that may be a factor for some no doubt), but mostly because they're both "rich celebrities" who can apparently "pay their way out", have influence and all that crap yada yada.

"Steady stream" my ass. If you want a steady stream of victims, look at Bill Cosby's accusers. Nearly 50 women came forward in the span of a few months but there's been a lot of doubt and cries of "INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY!!1!" in regards to that whole deal. Michael's accusers were spread out over DECADES yet people instantly believe them.

I am so ****ing tired of this. Tired of these idiots who deliberately lie and the idiots who instantly consume and believe anything spoon-fed to them. :mat:

No, many people do not believe these accusers. In cosby's case, Cosby ADMITTED to having the drugs to give (even though I believe man of those women were doing drugs with him). Also, Cosby never had a trial and he never came out to do an interview to defend himself. MJ did all of this, had his home raided, etc. Again, if you go on these sites to defend MJ you MUST point out the EVIDENCE that cleared MJ's name NOT just saying he was aquitted. POOINT OUT THE FACTS.

Just starting. billboard and digital spy are the two I have seen. breatheheavy also reported it. I think they only released that statement 1-2 hrs ago. So more likely it would circulate tomorrow
