... so the MEGA campaign against Michael Jackson through the MJ Estate by AEG is continuing with more and more disgusting and filthy stories.
This is the aim, to destory any positive legacy MJ has gained since 2009, to destroy all MJ projects and put the clouds of suspicion on them and of course, financially reduce anything possible (Immortal, MJ One, Tribute shows, recodrs sales).

For example: What's wrong with it? Gardener asks: "Because he's a grown-up and he's using his experience, of his age in manipulating and coercing younger people who don't have as much experience as him, and don't have the ability to say no to someone powerful like that. He's using his power, his experience, his age – his overwhelmingness - to get what he wants."

and later on: Gardener asks why is it a crime? "Well, this is important. You say it's a crime. Why is it a crime?"
"Because, like I said before, he's using his experience, power, age - - "

EXPERIENCE, AGE, POWER--these words are repeated

Here is another example: Two questions from Gardener get almost identical answers:

1) "What were your feelings about it then?"
"Well, um, I said, this is really weird, like I never said I was ready then. But I said to myself, it feels good so, just, whatever, and he's my friend, so I can't be - - "

and then several PAGES later, the same words:

Every time this happens it never makes any sense. Then when you think about it they all want money. If someone abused me I wouldn't want a dime from them. TMZ are horrible people. Maybe someday people will write lies about them and hurt them just like they do to others. A convicted rapist thinks Michael is guilty. I guess he is the normal person that Wade's lawyer was talking about. When this first came out I was really upset and crying. I felt upset that this was happening to Michael again and he cannot even defend himself. I am still upset and sad but now I am angry. I also hope the estate rips him apart and shows everybody that Michael's estate will not tolerate this slander and disrespect to Michael's memory.

That's a feeling I had after the 05 trial. Michael would eventually cut off ties with people whe were expecting too much from him, or took him for granted. the people he maintained relationships with were people who didn't expect him to do this or that.

Keep in mind in the same book, it is claimed that after Jordan “confessed” to his father on July 16 by answering with an almost inaudible “yes” to the question did MJ touch his penis, they supposedly never talked about the allegations again, yet Jordan’s train of thought and opinions in the Gardner interview are remarkably similar to those of his father’s!

In short: This boy was clearly coached!

He was known around Neverland by the nickname “House.” Shaffer went off to start his own business- he does product placement for movies and is very successful. But he always stayed friendly with all the Jacksons. He’s invited to a Jackson wedding this summer, in fact. And Scottie is outraged by Wade Robson’s accusations that Michael molested him.
“For all the time I was in the inner circle, working for Michael, I never observed any inappropriate behavior. It’s impossible for me to believe,” Shaffer told me the other night.
Scottie started working for Michael in late 1992, when the “Black and White” video was shot. He stayed until 1997-98. He was present through the whole debacle with Jordan Chandler. He was also there as Jackson entertained many kids at Neverland. His title was Special Projects Coordinator. Shaffer was with Michael when they met Omer Bhatti, the kid who Michael later referred to as his son, and who now uses that distinction to stay with the Jacksons. (He is not in any way related to them.)
“People are just after the money now,” Shaffer says. “And it sickens me.”

Been a fan all my life and now I'm 40 years of age and frightened by these latest developments. Worried that this could be the beginning of the end. Not being able to enjoy what I have loved all my life - the music, art, performances. Already feeling heartbroken, depressed etc. I for one can't seperate the art from the man. Was convinced that after MJ died no more of this would happen. Thought I could finally enjoy his legacy without these conflicting emotions, doubts, fears. I want my kids to enjoy ,discover and see what I have experienced through MJ's art. I feel sick to my stomach. The more allegations there are the more difficult it becomes to defend . I'm afraid of family and friends raising these developments in conversations. It's really hurting. What are we gonna hear next?? Any advice??

Yes it hurts but keep in mind ^^ allegations don't = guilt, so just be patient and see how this all plays out. :better: you can either trust in Michael or not. but No one can force how you think or feel when hearing these accusations. Yes I agree it's concerning and it does make it harder for us to defend. but we have evidence to defend and we will and the estate will also. We who have been through this before have somewhat inherited MJ's alligator skin, but I know it is more difficult for some and it is scary for all of us not knowing what will come of this. All we can do is keep the faith and trust in all the good we know about Michael and continue to defend with the knowledge we already have. I tell my friends and family that Michael is a target and allegations do not equal guilt. He has had many many Billie jeans also come forward accusing and bring allegations of him of fathering their children, More so that abuse allegations. How many that come forward doesn't make it any more credible. It just shows he is a target for these type of allegations. My advice is to Keep the faith :heart: and focus on all the good you already know about Michael.

Thanks for the reply qbee, but I am really finding it tough. Wish I saw more people who have defended him come out as a strong cohesive body and say enough is enough. Is it time for the estate to go after the root, the beginning and get chandler to come forward and retract the initial allegations? That would go along way to ending it all. I find it hard to believe that someone like Robson whose whole career is thanks to MJ would suddenly decide to make up a whole new raft of allegations. I'm tired of feeling this heartbreak. I want to be proud of MJ and his art, I want to just enjoy and study it and look forward to all the stuff we have yet to hear and see. But now when I listen to his music I just start to feel sad. How did it come to this? I remember very well what it was like pre 93 , what it felt like. Yeah sure there were haters but it didn't involve potential criminal behaviour.

The most intense, misreported, biased campaign against another human being was carried out against Michael in 2005. Michael won. The 1993 allegations, despite the media liking to claim the opposite, did nowhere near the damage that they make out. History was huge, the History tour was a huge success, and Michael hit number one the world over. In amongst all of this there were other claims like the "repressed memories" of Daniel Kapon, who it turned out had never even met Michael. Those claims were thrown out and I gurantee that this will be too. It will have no negative impact on Mj in the long run. Here in the UK, it hasn't even made the main news at all. Nobody even knows about it.

I don't think the claim is strictly about money. My feeling, reading between the lines, is that Robson has sour grapes over not getting the Immortal gig and this has been designed to cause embarrassment to the estate more than Michael. His lawyer is probably hoping that the estate will settle and then they will have a nice bonus for doing this. Whether or not AEG are to do with it I don't know. I think it has more to do with the fact that Mj One is about to open, which of course is an estate/Cirque collaboration.

Any psychologist will tell you that "repressed memories" are nonsense. They are the cause of many false allegations against people over the years and are not taken seriously by law enforcement. I'm sure Robson and his lawyers know that but they also know that it's the headlines that count when it comes to throwing stones. And that's all this is - an attack against the estate.

My advice is focus on the good things - the body of art that Michael left behind and the continuing things being done that keep his legacy contemporary and not just a part of music history, like Bad 25, Cirque etc. I'm hoping to get over to Vegas to see One and I'm thinking about that, not people like Wade Robson or Tom Sneddon or any of the other bigots that have have tried to have their piece of the Mj story.

At the end of the day, a thousand years from now, Michael will be remembered as the most successful and gifted entertainer of all time whose influence will still be felt throughout music, fashion and entertainment as well as his philanthropic efforts. The likes of Wade Robson will be nothing more than a shit stain on the forgotton shoe of the tabloid gutter.

Thanks for your honesty in saying what you are going through. I think many are experienceing the same thing. I like what Qbee says that accusations are not guilt; they are just accusations. Legally, there are few penalties for making accusations that are unsubstantiated or false (cause you can always say it was your opinion, your belief) and it it easier to make an accusation than it is to defend yourself from one. Lots and lots of people have been falsely accused over the years, and child sex abuse is one of the wost things you can be accused of, if not the worst. It destroys your reputation just to have that accusation made. Nevertheless, many people have been falsely accused of that. If you research the McMartin Preschool case, it is a real eye-opener. This case happened in LA county and ran from 82-90. It is the longest and most costly criminal trial in USA history. 450 children were interviewed and many said they were abused. The children said incredible things, such as they were flushed down toilets into rooms below where they were molested. They said that animals (ex. horses) and even babies were ritually murdered. They said orgies took place in car washes and airports--public places. All this is just incredible but it was accepted and everyone went wild. The children said there were hidden tunnels under the school, and bulldozers went looking for them, tearing up the place--nothing was found. Later some of the children did say why they came up with these stories and that they were making it up. Also it was clear the investigators used improper techniques to question them, such as keep asking the same questions til they got the answers they wanted, and so the children were exhausted and said what the adults wanted to hear. Anyway, the long and short is after 15 million dollars were spent on trying to prosecute the teachers and staff of the preschool, no one was convicted and the charges were dropped. However, one guy spent something like 7 years in prison waiting to be set free.

What I am saying is there are such things as false accusations. Michael was a wealthy man; he was a target. If you study the facts, the stories of the 3 children who accused him before (Jordan Chandler, Jason Francia, Gavin SArvizo) do not add up at all. That is why he was declared not guilty by the 05 jury.

There are a couple of documentaries on the false accusations that happened. One is called Witch Hunt, a documentary about the Kern County, Bakersfield, CA case, produced by Sean Penn. The other is a PBS Frontline special called Innocence Lost, about the Little Rascals case in North Carolina, the longest and costliest in that state. The Witch Hunt one is one yt and the other is on the pbs website.

I can't believe this, is this seriously happening? Back in 2005 he had all the chance in the world to come forward and say these things and he didn't. Now the man is gone for four years, not here to defend himself and he does this? Could someone refresh my memory about that Blanca Francia thing...i recall that she eventually admitted that she was flat out lying about everything?

ANyway, what's going to happen next? Surely this nonsense will get thrown out soon? Just like the 93 and 2003 cases, there was zero evidence and that's the case with this too, so how is it possible that a real case will be made out of this?

Here, someone else put this together:

Blanca Francia

Blanca Francia was an illegal immigrant from El Salvador who worked as a maid for Jackson between 1986 and 1991. She first gained notoriety in December 1993, when she appeared on Diane Dimond’s tabloid television show, Hard Copy and claimed she had witnessed Jackson allegedly showering in the nude with a young boy during the time she worked for him. As it was later revealed, and as she also admitted during Jackson’s 2005 trial, she received $20,000 from Hard Copy [1]. Although she left her job at Jackson’s more than two years before the Hard Copy interview, and allegedly she quit in disgust, she was not disgusted enough to report to authorities what she allegedly witnessed. In actuality, she never mentioned the story to anyone before the Chandler scandal went public in 1993. As a matter of fact, in 1993, while being deposed, Blanca admitted that she had never seen Jackson showering in the nude with anyone. She complained that Hard Copy edited her interview in such a way that she seemed to say things she had never actually said.

Meanwhile, there were ex-employees of Jackson who went public to defend the entertainer from Francia's allegations. Jackson's former maid, Shanda Lujan, who worked with Blanca Francia at Neverland, said of Francia's claims: "I think it's ridiculous. He was great with kids. I think he'd make a very good father. He's just wonderful with them." [2] Another former maid, Francin Orosco said that Blanca Francia was very possessive of Jackson: "You could tell a lot that she had a little crush on him, very jealous of the other housekeepers. She didn't want no one close to Michael. There's a lot of jealousy there." [2]

The claim that Hard Copy edited her interview and the fact she admitted in a 1993-94 deposition that she never saw Jackson shower naked with anyone, did not prevent the prosecution from putting Blanca Francia on the stand at Jackson’s 2005 trial, where she went back to her Hard Copy story and now alleged again that she did witness Jackson shower naked with a young boy, Wade Robson. In 2005 her explanation for the contradiction with her 1993-94 depositions was that “Well, at that time I guess I was tired and nervous, I guess”[1].

On direct examination during Jackson’s 2005 trial, Blanca Francia claimed that once while Wade Robson was visiting with Jackson, she walked into Jackson’s bedroom suite and heard voices laughing and playing coming from the bathroom. She claimed when she went up to see what was going on, she saw two pairs of underwear in front of the shower belonging to Jackson and Wade Robson. She claimed she could identify Robson’s underwear because she used to do the laundry for the guests of Neverland. She claimed she witnessed two figures inside the shower through the fogged up window of the shower, the size and of Jackson and Robson, and she heard the voices of Jackson and Robson. [1]

On cross-examination Jackson’s lawyer, Thomas Mesereau confronted Francia with the fact that in her 1993-94 depositions she admitted that she only saw one figure in the shower.

Q. But in your deposition you said you could only see one person, but you heard giggling, right?
A. Yeah, but I hear two people --
Q. You heard two people. You could only see one through the glass, right?

Q. Do you remember in the deposition saying you never saw anyone else in the shower but Mr. Jackson?
A. I don’t think I say that.
Q. Would it refresh your recollection if I show you the transcript?
A. Okay.
[…]
Q. Have you had a chance to look at that page of the deposition?
A. Yes.
Q. Does it refresh your memory about what you said about the shower?
A. Yeah.
Q. You saw one person, Mr. Jackson, right?
A. Yes.
Q. Or it looked like him through the glass, right?
A. Yes.
Q. And the only voice you really heard was Mr. Jackson, correct?
A. No.
Q. That wasn’t correct?
A. I hear two -- two. [1]

Although Francia still insisted she heard two voices, in her 1993-94 depositions at one point she admitted she actually heard only one.

A. Yeah.
Q. Was that the truth?
A. Yes.[1]

It also has to be noted that according to Francia’s testimony the water was running and the radio was on while she claimed to hear all those voices - or one voice, considering which of version of her testimony you want to believe.

During Blanca Francia’s testimony it was also revealed that she often took things from Jackson’s bedroom, such as a watch or a jacket, without Jackson’s permission. She and the prosecution attempted to downplay these thefts by claiming the watch Blanca took from Jackson's bedroom was not an expensive item, just some promotional material, and by claiming that she did not try to hide from Jackson that she took those items: “At one time I was wearing it, one of his jackets, and he say -- and he told me that it was his jacket. And I say, “Yeah, I was cold.” And he say, “Oh, that’s okay” [1], she said.

On another occasion, Francia was caught looking into the purse of another employee, Gayle Goforth. Francia said she did that to see how much Goforth was paid. Francia’s leaving her employment in May 1991 probably had more to do with incidents like these than with her being disgusted with anything that in the hindsight she claimed to have witnessed at Neverland.

During her testimony in 2005, Blanca Francia also admitted that in 1993, besides Hard Copy, she contemplated selling her story to the National Enquirer. One of the reporters who used to work for the Enquirer, Jim Mitteager had a habit of taping his conversations. When he died his tapes were inherited by private investigator and tabloid broker, Paul Barresi. The Mitteager tapes reportedly include a conversation in which it is claimed that in 1993, Enquirer reporter, Lydia Encinas befriended Blanca Francia and at the time allegedly helped transcribe Francia’s police interview. On the Mitteager tapes, Enquirer editor, David Perel tells Mitteager on March 23, 1994, that: “the reason why Lydia Encinas is involved is because she speaks Spanish and she’s got a good relationship with Blanca.” [4]

In April 2005, journalist, Michelle Caruso claimed to have questioned detective Russ Birchim, who interviewed Francia in 1993, about Encinas' involvement. “Lydia Encinas was not the translator. But I did meet with her in Los Angeles” [4], answered Birchim. "Caruso also noted, that when asked to explain why, in the course of a criminal investigation, he had met up with a National Enquirer reporter in the first place – Birchim refused to elaborate." [4]

Thanks a lot for that. In other words..she was clearly full of shit. Man this is such a shame, i can't say if the news or stupid shows like RTL Boulevard have picked up on this about Robson cause nowadays i don't watch tv at all. It has been like that for a few years now, i don't miss it, missing the news. So i don't know how much this crap is 'out there' but it is a damn shame. If he really had been molested, he would have no doubt accused him years ago, way before the 2005 trial too. I see that there's like 80 pages and i'm not gonna go through them all. Have only read the first post for the news, have any updates happened in the meantime? If not...what are the expectations of developments surrounding this?

If it's hard on us then it's even harder on his kids. They are old enough to understand what is going on. I feel bad for them. If they can be strong than so can we. Michael picked great people to run his estate. People who won't take crap from anybody. People took advantage of Michael but the estate won't allow people to take advantage of them. The timing of this is very suspicious. I don't know with the trial and the cirque shows, something is going on. A friend at work told me the other day why people just can't leave Michael alone already. I don't believe that Michael hurt anyone and coming here and talking about with others help me deal with this. We can help each other just like Michael would want us to united.

You think AEG could have something to do with this? If that's not what you mean, my bad. Yeah i can't imagine what Michael's children must be thinking about this, hearing/reading that kinda stuff about their own father. I sure do hope the estate strikes back HARD, very very hard...like...without any mercy.

Really really good. I hope it's indeed not the silence before the storm either, like you said. I do hope we'll get an update on this soon, from the Estate, cause they can't simply just accept this or even ignore this. They need to go hardcore at this and learn Robson a lesson, god i have no words for that dude now. Disgusting person. Don't even want to know what made up crap he's claiming that happened between him and Mike...jeez. It just never seems to stop..a year ago or so that nonsense with Aaron Carter, wasn't it? Sigh.

The Estate made a statement about it, I think that's all they can do at this point. We'll have to see if the judge throws this case out (which, reasonably speaking, he should but I don't have much trust in the California justice system when it comes to this).

Btw, there's a tabloid rumour that there are two other "victims" waiting in the wings so it might get even worse. Then again, both the source and the "victims" are unnamed and it comes from a trashy tabloid so I doubt it's even true.

Also, I just came across a video of MJ and Gavin Arviso hanging out at Neverland. Michael was so nice to him. I just felt so bad knowing Gavin and his family betrayed him like that

And if Wade didn't need the money, why did he not say anything about being molested until four years after Michael's death AND file a "secret" lawsuit (according to his lawyer), against the Estate? Personally, I think the only reason he's being loud about it now is because when he tried to file the lawsuit in secret, it got out what he was doing. Now he's trying to play hardball about it. And of course he will be miserable if his career is not doing well. Him being miserable doesn't mean he's being honest about Michael.

I don't know. I just meant that there is a lot of things going on right now. The trial is going on and the cirques shows are going on and the one in Vegas is coming soon. It's a busy time and I think it's no a coincidence that he chooses now to do this. I hope the estate strikes back hard too. Michael has been victimized enough with these allegations. If he was here I don't think he could handle this again. This hurt him badly in his life. I hate that someone he thought was a friend would do this to him now.
