Dr. Conrad Murray, who was convicted last year of killing Michael Jackson, is passing time in jail by writing a tell-all book and hopes a publisher will pay him a substantial amount of money, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

"Dr. Murray spends most of his days writing what he is telling friends will be a tell-all book about what really happened in the final days of Michael Jackson's life," a source close to the situation tells Radar. "Murray believes that the public will want to hear about the time he spent with Michael. Conrad says that Michael confided his inner-most secrets about his true feelings about his family, the child molestation trial and his three children. Murray contends that Michael's kids viewed him as a family member and loved him.

"This is all about money for Murray though because he is absolutely flat broke and desperately needs the cash. He feels that the book could help rehab his image and help him to get his medical license back."

Jackson's former physician was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in connection with the death of the King of Pop and was sentenced to four years in jail. However, because of jail overcrowding in California, Murray, who has served less than a year of the sentence to date, is expected to only serve two years behind bars.

"The conviction is being appealed and Murray is confident that it will be successful, even though legal experts say that it's very unlikely that he will get a new trial. Conrad is extremely arrogant and doesn't accept any responsibility for the death of Michael Jackson. He truly believes he has done nothing wrong," the insider says.

Meanwhile, reps for Murray have reached out to publishers to test the waters to see if there is any interest in releasing the book, and so far, the response has been, "no thanks."

"Several publishers have been contacted and have expressed little to no interest in publishing any book written by or about Dr. Murray," the source says. "One publisher said that even if Murray were to take full responsibility for the death of Michael Jackson there was no interest. Dr. Murray just isn't an empathetic person and the public doesn't want to hear from him, period," the source says.

and this is the very exact reason why Jackson's should have make him pay restitution!
So he think cash would help him rehab his image and to get that cash he will trash Michael and kids on the side. The worst thing is that his is planning to get his medical license back! WTH were the Jackson's thinking! Randy says dropping restitution wasn't their idea! Well lawyers just don't go and do against what their client wants, so it was family's decision.

I hope every single Jackson who was behind this decision goes straight to the h........!

Why, thank you Katherine Jackson and er, Joe, Randy, Jermaine, Rebbie, Janet, Latoya, Tito and Marlon/Jackie (possibly)! What a worthy cause you sacrificed Michael's privacy and dignity for. I weep with joy.

I knew sooner or later we would hear of Murray doing something like this. I'm sure the book is going to be a big trash-fest collection perfect for Michael Jackson haters. But personally, if the Jackson family starts complaining, I won't feel sorry for them. Not when they had a chance to make sure that this guy never made money off of Michael. And they decided to pass that chance up.

Well I believe it's safe to say that WE ALL knew this would be coming, sooner or later.

I had also said some time back that when Murray was released he would be discussing how Michael REALLY felt about his family. At this point in time, The Murder is free to say and/or make-up anything he wants.

I HOPE THE JACKSON FAMILY IS HAPPY NOW!

For the record, the ONLY thing I care about here is Michael Jackson, I could care less what Murray has to say about the Jackson Family as a whole. They made their bed, now they will have to lay in it!

yeah we know it was coming that is why I was so angry with Katherine for not seeking restitution. She obviously doesn't care what trash Murray spews out in this rachet book. Katherine could've made sure that Murray never profited from his crime yet she doesn't care.

In my opinion, the ONLY thing Mother is concerned about is how she can profit, so that her "cubs" can live in the lap of luxury. She obviously wasn't concerned about them (some not all) being deadbeat dads, but living in big houses and driving fancy cars, now that's a concern. Just my opinion.

If The Murderer makes a few dollars on the side, who cares. The only bank accounts the Jacksons are concerned about are their own!

No surprise here, we all knew this would be coming. A big thank you to the Jacksons for dropping the restitution. I hope that everybody will remember what the judge said at the verdict and sentencing.

I feel very sad and sorry for Michael, PPB, David Walgren, Deborah Brazil, Judge Pastor and everyone who worked on the case, and us.

Honestly though, they stand no chance of winning a single dollar from AEG. At least with Murray, they could have picked a buck every now and then. That would have been something versus the nothing they face from AEG. The only thing coming out of it is their dirty family secrets being made public. I suppose they like that.

It was only a matter of time especially as there is nothing to challenge it. No thanks to certain family members.

I agree! They could have made Murray's life a living hell. Just like the Goldman's did with O.J. They didn't get much money from O.J., but they stayed on his tail, like gum on the bottom of your shoe. They were relentless.

As to the "dirty family secrets," since it would appear that Michael trusted that fool Murray, I wouldn't be at all surprised to know that he might have shared some intimate details about various members of his family. For all we know, Murray could have been in Michael's home during the times Randy and/or Joe Jackson came calling with their hands out, begging and pleading that they be allowed into Michael's home. Yeah, I'm sure Murray knows "some" stuff and the rest he can just make up.

I'll say it again: I HOPE THE JACKSONS ARE HAPPY NOW!

Exactly, and when OJ wrote a book ("If I did it"), the Goldman family were able to get the rights of the book... Since OJ didn't pay them, ad so owed them money, they asked for the rights of the book, and got them.

That would have been a great way to shut Murray up

I'd rather spit at his book then waste $$$ on that godforbidden book of his.

I really don't think anyone would be interested in anything Conrat Murray has to say the guy at the end of the day is a killer. And has far as the Jacksons stopping him why should they? After all are they not doing the same thing he is trying to do?

^I'm not so sure about that. There is enough media interest in him, that when he eats cat food or suffers from diarrhea or is not given clean undies it makes news.

I think his book will do fairly well - he'll include enough dirt on Michael and his family to ensure that. He'll also find a publisher in no time as everyone loves scandal when it comes to Michael.

The only people who care about him is TMZ and people who watch and follow it

I hope the Estate will sue the ever loving s**t out of any publisher that dares to publish this trash.

I wouldn't put it past him to self-publish this, it is easy enough to do online these days. The risk in this is that no-one will buy it. The better alternative (financially, for him) would be to sell this as an exclusive serialisation to some tabloid(s). I expect they would easily make their money back in sales, as long as the fiction is salacious enough. I'm sure he's got enough time and a fertile enough imagination...we know he's capable of endless flights of fantasy, and shameless enough to sell them as real.

Poor PPB to have this hanging over them. I guess the 'cubs' won't care too much.

^ Yes i agree, i can't imagine a publisher would want to publish his book - he's been convicted of 3rd degree murder after all, but i can see a downmarket magazine publishing his articles. He really has no shame, ghastly human being.

Isn't there a law saying convicted criminals cannot profit of their crime? The Son of Sam Law or something. I hope the Estate will sue him based on this basis.

I don't think restitution would have stopped this book from being written. If restitution was in place, I wouldn't put it past some of them (team granny snatchers) to provide additional "insider info" to make sure that gargage sells as much as possible. It's never been about protecting Michael, just pissing awat his money by any means necessary.

Yes there is, but not in California.

No I don't think either, but now he can use the money, if he gets his book to published, to try to get his medical license, hire PR team to polish his disgraced profile. Then he will be running to tv show, tabloid interviews, perhaps he could be a new Dr Phil etc, and holidays with his dear family, we and PPB (I refuse to include any members of that monster family) are going to have to watch and live it thought while he is living happily ever after.

Btw, isn't interesting timing to this article to come out?
If it's not Jackson's ruining Michael's new release, then it is this murderer.

i thought he is not allowed to write a book? her murdered michael jackson. and convicted people are not allowed to profit from what they did. that was told on the trial. or did they change that?

Oh my god. Like his filthy documentary wasn't enough. I pray that he doesn't find a publisher, but something tells me if he tries hard enough, he eventually will. :( I hate hate hate the thought that this bastard may air all Michael's private health matters publicly AGAIN.

He wasn't convicted of murder and that law is not applicable in California.

This is the Jacksons fault. He will find someone to publish this. The whole thing makes me sick.

Next thing you'll hear the Jacksons whining about Murray writing a book, totally ignoring the fact that they are the only ones responsible for this.

I don't see his book selling. Maybe one publisher without a soul would publish it, but I can't see many people buying it. His documentary he made during the trial was a flop. I'm sure he'll be good for at least one more interview though. Personally, his cell should have been his new permanent residence.

Murray is looking for a LARGE UP FRONT payment for the book.

Bill Clinton got $15 million for his autobiography. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/My_Life_(Bill_Clinton_autobiography)

And it looks like Monica Lewinsky will be getting about the same for her tell all book.

Monica Lewinsky signs tell-all book deal about Bill Clinton for $12 million

MONICA LEWINSKY TELL-ALLSEPTEMBER 20, 2012BY: MARCI STONE

Wednesday, news broke that Monica Lewinsky signed a tell-all book deal to tell her story of her affair with Bill Clinton; Lewinsky is getting a reported $12 million advance for her story. Monica Lewinsky was an intern in Bill Clinton’s office 14 years ago and the much publicized affair created a buzz then and apparently, still does today.

According to the New York Post, Lewinsky, now 39-years-old is unable to get a job because no one will hire her and after keeping quiet all of these years she now needs the money.

Clinton, 66, nearly lost his presidency and possibly his marriage over the affair with Lewinsky. Clinton signed a book deal for $5 million to write his story after he moved out of the White House.

Lewinsky is reportedly sharing love letters that she wrote to Clinton in the new tell-all book.

A source told the New York Post: "In them, she opened her heart about her love for Bill and how much happier she could make him. Some of what she wrote was so raw that she never sent them."

Lewinsky's tell-all book will also talk about Bill Clinton talking about his wife, Hillary who was a "cold fish" and how Bill complained to Monica about their "non-existent sex life."
