President Obama doesnt have the power to do that
An apeal would have to be made to the supreme or federal court
and it would have to be done legally ..

In most instances the federal govenrment has no jurisdiction to overstep
the state courts unless a llaw has been broken and not resolved by the state.

The united states is not a dictatorship and Obama does
not have the power himself to change the laws or say
the state has to charge to a higher charge.
The federal courts or should I say LAW is OVER Obama.

WOW Im sorry :( I really wanted to sign this BUT...
after reading all of it I cant sign as I dont agree with statement below
I wish they would have kept it with just Dr Murray instead of adding extra egenda.
I dont belivee that Dr Murray was a hired assasin and if if he was it should be First degree.
I havent see any facts to show they were involved with DR Murrays actions on June 25th
I can not in good conscience sing this petetion or letter. Sorry :( I wont do that

I dont condone all thier actions but I havent seen anything to impicate them of murdering Michael.
I see great eveidence that Murray was directly responsible for Michael's death ..

I will sign anything to that effect without added agenda _
so if anyone has something like that please direct me to it

This is an excellant thread. I just sent my email expressing my disappointment with the charges, their cooperation with the defense to set a later date for the pre trial and urging them to use their upmost to prosecute Murray.

Jerry Brown is the Attorney General of California. Basically he needs to make sure the laws of the state are adequtaly enforced.
