Just wanted to introduce myself and say hi to everyone.
I signed up at MichaelJackson.com but someone said this was the place to be for MJ forums. So, here I am!
I am an J fan from the Thriller years. Played the album till the groves were about gone! I am also an 80's freak. I drive a 1983 near mint Lincoln Continental Mark VI.

I love (as well as my kids do) listening to my 1985 Sears full size Boombox and MJ cassette tapes.
Also love wearing my leather replica "Beat It" jacket.
I just got "Beat It" shoes delivered today. The ones that were made by Osiris. They are amazing!
Recently I got my kids into MJ. My son is 10 and my daughter is 8. They were both digging Justin a lot and I told them if they like that then they should check this out and I put Thriller in the tape deck on the Boombox. They have been hooked since! Nice to hear MJ coming from their rooms! :chillin:
I am also a BIG Star Wars fan and an amputee. I lost my leg 4 years ago in a motorcycle accident.
Also broke my hip very badly and have 28 screws holding it together and they removed my entire left back lat muscle. I have always been a fan of the worlds largest Star Wars costuming group called the 501st Legion. So, with much help was able to get a Stormtrooper Commander costume put together. I used my prosthetic leg in the design of the costume. With this, I do a lot of hospital visits for kids and spend most of my free weekends working for (with the 501st) the Wake A Wish Foundation and other children charities and hospitals. This past weekend we were at a library to kick off a summer reading program. It has been a wonderful blessing to be able to do this and help kids see that they can overcome any adversity and do anything they put their minds too. They see my leg and added with my costume they commonly make a connection with me and tell me that I'm their favorite. It is a BIG honor and responsibility not to mention because of my disabilities it is a physical challenge. Here is a few pictures of what I look like as a Stormtrooper:

For work, i am a professional custom Lightsaber builder and run a forum with many other saber builders and Star Wars props builders. Should be able to click the thumbnails to make them bigger.

It is great to be here and thanks for making this forum available!!!
