Michael's words on the tape. :(

People here get laughed at for being 'conspiracy theorists' yet the information is from Michael.

Same with the 'they're trying to poison me'
Same with the 'there's a conspiracy.. I don't want to talk about it (looking cautious)'
Same with the Tohme.

''Taped in September 2008, the recordings are now in the possession of NBC News thanks to Gatlin. On the tapes, Jackson can be heard saying, “This guy, he just… has ways about him… There’s a divide between me and my representatives and I don’t talk to my lawyer, my accountant. I talk to him and he talks to them.” He adds, “I don’t like it. I wanna get somebody in there with him that I know and can trust. I don’t know what’s in my accounts.”
Gatlin told NBC, “Michael said, ‘He’s mean, he’s trying to keep me and separate me from everybody and everything that I love.”

Although Michael did severe ties with Tohme Tohme in May (09), after learning he had threatened a California auction house over memorabilia items, Tohme Tohme spoke on behalf of the pop icon hours after he died on June 25, 2009.
In fact, Jackson even reportedly sent a letter to all of his business associates, in which he stated, “Dr. Tohme Tohme is no longer authorized to represent me.” However, Dr. Tohme Tohme told NBC, “I’m still in charge of Michael Jackson’s business until otherwise I am informed not to do so.”'' Tohme says himself '‘I built a fence around Michael to keep people out,’ says Dr. Tohme' also... “I was trying to do what we could to maximize his profits and minimize spending. I wanted to find a way to reel in all the loans he had.
“We had an agreement,” Tohme continued. “I would never interfere with his creative decisions and he wouldn’t interfere with my business decisions.”
Tohme said he abandoned everything he was doing in his own life to concentrate his time and effort on Jackson’s affairs. He points with pride to the crown jewel of his and the new Jackson team’s efforts: the contract with AEG for concerts at the 02 arena in London.'' - but its Michael's business.. :/

and the video which was removed -

Where Michael is saying he is granting 2 guys power of attorney over his buisness matters (giving him control over his millions) and then another video is saying he doesn't remember doing that, it was a mistake and he didn't know what he was doing at the time because he was impaired by medication he was taking.

etc. etc.

Makes me so worried people were taking advantage of him.

Things are not right.

you bolded all the right words.

this is the only defense straight from Michael that we have now that he's not here. i hope this can be used in court, especially against Thome. What more evidence against Thome can we get?

“Michael said, ‘He’s mean, he’s trying to keep me and separate me from everybody and everything that I love.”

Tohme says himself '‘I built a fence around Michael to keep people out,’ says Dr. Tohme' also... “I was trying to do what we could to maximize his profits and minimize spending. I wanted to find a way to reel in all the loans he had."

What does money have to do with the people Michael loved?? Thome is a devil.

Rockin thanks for reminding of this video. This can not be ignored.

I wonder myself too....there were so much stuff going on, it is scary.
Yes, I always say that we do not know half the facts. Nobody, not even the fans followers knew 100% of what was happening in the life of Michael.

And in my opinion, I have the feeling that many, many, many things were happening. Unfortunately. It hurts to think that way. :(

People, including many fans, chose to ignore Michael's own words.
After the Sony mega deal, everybody is excited about new releases and they tend to forget Michael was primarily a human being that was murdered and secondarily an icon.
He deserved a decent life and a timely passing.
Focus is moving from that point sadly to what more he can give, even dead.
As if he hasn't given enough already.

horrifying video that I will never forget. I don't understand why no one seems to pay attention to Tohme. he should be investigated.

In my case, I never ignored the words of Michael. I always believed in Michael. ALWAYS!

The first time I saw the face of Tohme, I really did not feel something agreeable. From the first moment I thought this obscure man. And when I knew all these things that Michael had said about him, I really saw that I was not wrong. :(

Tohme is gone for now, but they can be sure that it will still be caught. :timer:

Michael has millions of fans around the globe. What if we united, our power in this investigation would be immense. We've got people all over the world. In every city. We could easily find Tohme!

Oh Maria, I agree...
I can understand some people getting excited, because I was too when I heard about it - purely on instinct, the fan in me, for like a millisecond. Because then it hit... What's wrong with this picture?
I just cannot get excited about anything without Michael here, This Is It, new album, new records broken, that's just all causing more pain.

Maybe some people are just better than others at moving on, focusing on the positives, celebrating his wonderful legacy? I don't know. I can't. Not until I know what happened to him and why was he taken from us. :(

I can't either.
Michael was supposed to be here as we speak. He is not,and he had warned the world about that.
There are people who chose to blame him: "he did and undid things all the time,he was a drug addict,he was on and off with people around him" - I simply don't buy that!
Michael was a genius and a very well balanced human being. He knew exactly what he was doing in terms of his music and business decisions. If we chose to blame him, it means we put less blame on the true criminals, and truth remains lost forever!
Honestly the only thing I can blame him for is wholeheartedly putting his trust to the wrong people during some vulnerable periods of his life. At a deathly cost...

Maria, as Brian Oxman said, and I don't remember his exact words, but he said that Michael didn't get to chose the most honest people, he had to choose the least dishonest ones among thous, stealing from him!! So we cannot say that he put his trust to anybody... It looks to me like he didn't trust anyone, but he could not do everything by himself, physically.. So he had to hire someone... and hope that they will not sell him right away, that they will do their job, even though there was no way to know .. Gosh, this is all insane. And now fans, dancing with joy on his grave...
I agree with Asedora and murderers will not get a single penny from my pocket for the music they stole from him, the music they killed him for.

All I can say is....
