The usual stresses of a life have been made much WORSE by the loss of Michael. Combined with that is the fact there has been no resolution/arrests in terms of what happened to him. To be angry is understandable. (Try not to pop-off in the threads, though, because that sets off a chain-reaction with other people who are also STRESSED! :wild:)

Mostly what I can offer might sound like corny solutions? But really, I find comfort by being outdoors. Talking walks, gardening, and that sort of thing. Or, sports or working out really DO help. Or just talking to us here, but too much time on the computer can be stressful in itself, in that not much else is getting done? (note-to-self. . .)

Hang in there. Maybe it will be better once you're back in school?

Aww, honey, I feel you - I've been taking it out on everything and everyone lately.
I'm such a grumpy little miss it's not even funny. :(
Running like hell until you drop helps me.
Punching pillows until I can't move anymore helps me.
And cuddling my three little guinea pigs is the best therapy in the world.
Whatever you do - find a way to get it out, don't let it eat you from the inside.
And remember what Michael told us - "You are not alone".
Hang in there.
