Is "Baby Be Mine" a weak song?

Are you people crazy about 'The Girl is Mine'? You may not like it but that is simply a really good track. An unpretentious sweet love song, written by MJ himself with a great melody, fun lyrics, great vocals, a captivating bridge (almost Temperton style) and it works great as a duet with an absolute legend

Beethoven's Fifth Symphony is a piece of crap as well. It's just because he was deaf that we remember his story.
And Einstein's theory of relativity really is nonsense, he just had funny hair, that's why we remember him.
Steve Jobs was a lousy CEO too, it's just his refusal to wear something else than black turtlenecks that makes him stand out.
Charlie Chaplin never made a decent film, he is just known for his silly walk.

I don't think it's weak necessarily, I just don't think it's as strong as the other amazing era defining songs on Thriller
 
Been listening to the song some more. As I said before, I like it, but I'm not sure if I love it. Is it really a great song, or is it just alright? Right now, I'm feeling like it's somewhere in the middle.
 
Never cared for the version on Thriller but I do actually like the leaked raw version from years ago.

I don't understand his vocals are amazing I love it, I was 21 at that time it was one of my faves so sexy maybe just a time thing
