Ignore the Insider moron.

Basically the video is Michael saying he is granting 2 guys - weisner and conitzer (sp?) power of attorney over his buisness matters (giving him control over his millions) and the other video is saying he doesn't remember doing that, it was a mistake and he didn't know what he was doing at the time because he was impaired by medication he was taking. :bugeyed

Shady. This makes me worried about Michael, were people taking advantage of him in an impaired state?

ps. American TV is soooooo dramatic.

Its things like this that basically confirm the conspiracy theories.
Who knows maybe thats how they got him to sign things he wouldn't otherwise agree to. Very sad.
I don't know how much more of this I can take, tbh. Worst part is Michael actually had to live this reality.

there is not doubt enablers surrounded Michael giving him things to sign exactly when he happened to be impaired. Which surely says a lot about these people's intentions.
If you have a "good will" you don't consent to accept declaration from a person that is under influence.

These shady people, these enablers, they knew Michael had issues with prescription pain medications.

EDIT: Michael HAD to take these medicines and he is explaining this in the video.

Even years ago fans overheard security guards or entourage threatening people and boasting that they could get Michael to sign anything while he was "in the zone"

Oh God :bugeyed

And all the above is why I question whether MJ really signed his Will at all or if it was really his Sony contract that was really signed around that time. It was also around that time (when MJ also told Sony he would not be releasing another album through them) that we became aware that it wasnt the 3 years that Michael gets his masters back like he wanted but 7 years (2009). Then Michael went to NY and started protesting against Mottola and Sony. This story then continues through to 2006 when Bain made the statement that MJs previous lawyers were intentionally trying to bankrupt MJ which TMEZ spoke about in the trial. If you connect the dots at that time, you can see that the bigger picture.

So it was very easy for people to take advantage of Michael (as history shows), especially if he was under the influence of anything.

It didnt stop, more leaches came in (Tohme & Branca/Dileo again) and before you know it, MJ lost everything.

Also a lot of these people (Tohme, Dileo, Malnik) have ties to the mafia. As crazy as that sounds, its true. These are not people you want as enemies.

It does not sound crazy. The music business history has had connection to the mafia. I to remember seeing this video and that caught my ear also. Especially after seeing what Cris123 posted about signing papers in the dark with Tohme and Mike not knowing exactly what type of contract he was signing with AEG. There are too many weird things surrounding all of this.

Did anyone download this to their computer?? ... because since we've been talking about it the video has been removed by the user!

It's really kinda crazy all the "ex mobsters" or people with a criminal past that Michael had around him. Two that really come to mind are Al Malnik and Leonard Rowe.

The video was removed by Marc Shaffel after I used in the Will thread. Either he or an associate of his is watching too?:tease:And how is it he owns this video? WTF?

Tohme, Dileo, Malnik, Rowe, Mottola and others have concerning criminal histories.

Yes. YES.

"I'm kind of dazed. Time to state I'm giving two guys power over all my millions, and tape it too."

Yeah right....

Seriously, who decides to do important business interviews when dazed with drugs?

The whole thing was a set up.

And from that unseen Michael interview,

Michael could have said yes if he knew he gave himself that much medication. Or he could have just been covering his own self, which again, leads to his decision to make a video and grant control of his money to two people....

Or it could be no. He doesn't remember being taking that much medicine. But that would mean he'd remember the video.

That's why it's "I don't know". He knows the answer to "were you impaired?" wasn't no. It was a yes, but Michael didn't know who exactly did it. He just knew it wasn't himself who made him dazed.

If he did say yes, then he'd have to say by who he thought did it.

I have some doubts:

Anyone know tell me how this video was in the hands of "The Sun"? (Maybe the cameraman who filmed it, made a copy of the footage for himself and sold for "The Sun"?)

I think if Michael filmed this conversation, is that at some moment he intended to divulge it. Why is everything he said is compromising to the image his and it would be very negative. Why shoot?

It makes no sense to me Michael let it documented this, something that would be so bad for him. Michael answered the questions without showing any nervousness and concern with this situation.

Smiling........ (???)

seriously.. the thought about this makes me become soooooooooooooo angry, you cant even imagine. how dare they.. URGH!!!!! Sometimes I hate being a fan because then I can only watch this happen. I can't do a thing. Same with the kids, I can't do a thing for them, when I know exactly what I would have said and done, had I had the chance!

however - this seems quiet wierd to me, because Michael was too bright for this. If this is true then they really got him where they could controle him..

And the "The Sun" video makes me wanna scream.......... Really loud into the faces of these evil people. There is NO justice, when things like this can happen. NO justice. God how much did Michael have to take during his life.

Lie for it
Spy for it
Kill for it
Die for it
You would do anything for money

Thats an interesting train of thought.. Ain't this video old? Hmm.. Gotta look into that!
Watching the interview I don't see Michael as untouched by this, but I see him being very professional. I see him being slightly annoyed and sad. In a short moment he seems to feel humiliated by the way the questions are asked. I think he is smiling to the person asking the questions, maybe because he is trying to make it go smoothly. If he was negative and unfriendly it would'nt work to his benifit.

Poor Michael  I feel so sad for him

Well, I can not understand this interview (as I said in my previous post). For me, there is no reaction from Michael , he is normal, but for me it is a very serious situation. :(

I heard it was recorded in 2007.

probably weisners lawyer gave it to the media.they filmed it as its a depostion that can be used in court if u dont testify on the stand. the video is totally legit

This interview is very bad for the image of Michael (the questions that are asked and the responses of Michael), I think this conversation should not be filmed. Well, if Michael was seriously and 100% true (if it was filmed was to be actually used for some reason) makes me think things I do not want to be true about Michael...

Well, I really do not believe that I never saw Michael this way, I prefer not to share my thoughts about it, about the things that this video makes me think.

sweet ashatanga do not loose faith in Michael! :better:
remember that he was only taking pain-easing medication because he had some accidents in the first place. Morphine can be addictive and make the patient more or less "affected" even when taken in small amount.
He was using this medicament, but for good reasons. And he stopped using it when his injuries had healed, I'm positive!

but yes - this footage is just yet another mean thing that tabloid media like "the sun" is publishing to make money at the cost of someone elses reputation

the tape was a deposition its evidence given under oath.it was to be used in a lawsuit that weisner filed against mj.whats so bad about what mj says? everyone knows he had issues around the early 00's he was as high as kite at MSG in 01.as mez stated during the trial he tooks meds for his health issues that made him appear out of it

:agree:

Yes..... it is painful and unbearable to think that he had to go through so many bad things. Very cruel. :(

*big sigh*

The issue is the people who got him to sign all power over to them when he was in the 'state'...and then the other tape shows he doesn't remember doing it.

We need the first video clip with Michael making the statement that was in the video I posted. Which has now been removed from youtube. Did anyone else save it apart from Daisy?

yeah konitzer and weisner were trying to bleed him dry. if u call it it a good thing the only good thing about the trial was that it outed and got rid of those 2.
