I think Janet may need to sit down with her mother and sort some things out.

Since Mann and Sanders came on the scene, Janet has been accused of kidnapping her mother, demanding that her mother pay for use of her condo and demanding the refund of money for Michael's funeral. Has Janet had to release as many statements as she had in the past 2 months or so? I don't think so. Janet now has the unenviable task of rehabilitating her image. But don't know how much it will do as long as the Mann has the ear of Mrs Jackson and the connection to various nefarious types!

I guess sulivan is gonna give a hard time to all those involved in the kidnap in his book seeing as hes connected to mann

Like many others, I too believe that Randy Jackson is the mastermind behind the leak and the AEG case as a whole.

Being in charge of Michael's Estate is not in the cards, but in my opinion, it's what he really wants, this AEG case is just Plan B.

The more they try, whether it be for control of the Estate or the AEG case, the more desperate they become.

Leaking confidential information, hooking up with crooks, who I'm sure have filled their heads with dreams of "How To Win The Money and/or How To Be In Charge Of The Money." The funny thing is, they are following the Mann and Company directive, but to date it has lead them NOWHERE! (Well aside from the Deposition Hot Seat that is. LOL!)

Once Mann is kicked to the curb, and he will be, once he is no longer of use. Then it's really going to get interesting. Mann has no loyalty to anyone, in my opinion. Like Randy, he just wants money.

Sooner or later they will all realize that their little plan(s) are not working and then they will turn on each other. No offense, but I look forward to that day.

yeah I see them turning on one another too Big Apple! This Friday is the 26th. I wonder if Randy and Jermaine will actually sit for a deposition soon since they were told to by the judge by the 26th.

I was watching a David Gest show this weekend that I'd never seen before, about Michael, it went through his Motown years, the trial and of couse the aftermath and in one part of Katherine's interview, she was saying how Michael used to get involved with the wrong people and people who were shady, and I'm wondering why couldn't she see that she and the rest of the Jaksons get involved with losers too? It wasn't just Michael. Now look at what's going on.

well if she saw, why the hell didn't she do anything about it? why didn't she protect her son? and why is she now getting involved with shady people and allowing MJ's kids to be used by the same shady people.

Good question.

I'm thinking that Jermaine "may" just give in. Aside from Michael bailing him out on back and current child-support, along with maybe OTHER financial matters, I don't see Jermaine really having any other embarrassing admissions.

Now Randy "It's Not Over" Jackson is a whole other story. The child support and maybe other financial obligations that Michael covered for him over the years. The Dash-Stabler saga, which Randy Jackson was knee deep in. AND any other money matters that we don't know about.

Yes, for the record, I firmly believe that Randy has many, many skeletons in his closet that he does not want to be revealed. Homeboy is running scared, otherwise he would have taken that seat months ago.

If we can see it, and we're on the outside looking in (with the able eyes of ivy), then I'm sure Randy can see it a whole lot better and what he is seeing is that AEG is NOT playing around. They are going for the juglar and don't plan on taking any prisoners.

I wouldn't be surprised if Randy has a "medical" emergency before this week is over.

I have often wondered their hypocrisy. They are so eager to point the fingers on others (wrong type of people using MJ, blame AEG for making Michael work too hard etc), but yet they are blind for their own doings and what they say.
Can they not see that they themselves are those shady people they are talking about? They bring in and deal with those very same shady people that Michael once already got rid of! Even if Michael dealt with only his immediate family, there is enough shady, greedy users in the family, so it doesn't really whether Michael dealt with outside or inside people, they are all the same.

I got to laugh at Katherine's hypocrisy. Michael got rid of Mann and Dieter, yet Katherine has very close business relationship with Mann, and Joe is dealing it Dieter + other crooks they have been involved with last years, yet she has nerve to say MJ got involved with wrong people. She herself is not best judge of characters when it comes dealing with shady people.

Was 26th the date that by then they had to give their deposition?

24th the judge decides the sanctions, and as far as I'm concern, Randy can pay it from the money he saved from not paying his child support.

Never mind Jaydom, I found Ivy's earlier post:
Hearing had happened on October 5 and judge ORDERED Randy and Jermaine to sit for deposition within 21 days , in other words by October 26.

There's still 6 months till the discovery cut off date but it seems AEG is trying to get everything done by the summary judgement cut off date which is in 2 months - December 2012.

What was the summary judgement cut off?


Ps, I checked The Jacksons website, they have no concerts in next few weeks, so Jermaine and Randy might as well sit their depositions, just to get over and done with it:hysterical:

In my opinion, all Mother was worried about was being able to get money out of Michael. I'm just thinking that whomever was surrounding Michael at the time, was not a concern for her.

As long as she got her's and was able to keep her grown "cubs" out of the red (with Michael's money), then everything was all good. NOTHING else mattered!

I remember one of those AEG motions wherein it was said that when Michael left ONE MILLION DOLLARS with his accountant to cover his mother's needs while he was out of the country, she requested the entire amount at one time. Now I don't really see her needing all of that money for herself, but I certainly can believe that she would have taken that ONE MILLION DOLLARS and divided it up amognst her "cubs."

I'm not saying she didn't love her son, but in my opinion, it was more about taking care of the OTHER cubs, then it was taking care of dear, sweet Michael. Just my opinion.

I agree Big Apple.. To be honest I know this might sound bad but I don't think Katherine loved MJ as she did her other kids. It was like she was willing to take from him in order to take care of them and I think that's wrong.. Was she concerned about MJ leaving the country or was she concerned about getting the 1 million bucks in a lump sum? was she concerned her son could've been depressed and suicidal when he left the country after the trial? where was the concern about MJ's health and well being? she was so focused on his money to take care of her grown ass cubs that she forgot the trauma that MJ was going through.. did she volunteer to go with him to cook his meals and take care of her grandchildren? did she ever volunteer to go over MJ's house to check on him? Mike had lost a tremendous amount of weight where was she to cook him some home-cooked meals? During the trial Kenny Ortega said he was concerned that MJ was not being cared for or looked after, where was Katherine? Mike was paying her bills yet she couldn't care for her son?

I am done venting. I just get so upset with this family saying 'people around Mike was terrible' and how they 'knew he had a problem' yet not one of them did a damn thing about it and not one of them helped him.

Interesting how Mann/Katherine/Sullivan are all connected. Now we know where Sullivan got his dirt for his book? Mann introduced the lawyer to Katherine, so how good is Sanders supposed to be if Mann is a friend? The thing is that the Jacksons are so used to dealing with shady entities that they forgot that a company like AEG will use experts to see whether these documents were the ones given to Katherine and her attorney. I want them to learn a good lesson from this case--that greed has its limits, and hopefully after this case we will see them focusing less of their energies on shaking down people for money.

Makes me wonder what else Sanders has given to Mann, all the legal info he has regarding K vs AEG case, and probably other information about Katherine financial situation? After Sanders joined 06/26/2012 as counsel K vs AEG case, funny things started to happen, like this email leak.

Katherine's son Randy got her involved in this mess. Katherine should've been doing everything in her power to make Murray pay for killing her son. She should be an advocate for patients with money grubbing doctors. She should have went to the medical boards for any state Murray was licensed and demanded punishment for his reckless behavior. She did none of that. Instead she sues AEG when she was right there with MJ and Randy Phillips in April and May 2009 during some negotiations. She saw Mike and she knew how many shows he was scheduled to do. Where was her concern for her son then? Mike was rail thin and coming and going from Dr Klein's office a lot, where was she?

In April and May of 2009, in my opinion, Mother ONLY had 2 concerns. One being a way for Michael to include his brothers in on some of those O2 dates and/or that All Good Entertainment deal, the other was finding a way for Joe Jackson and his buddy Leonard Rowe to be included in the O2 dates. I don't even think Rowe and Joe were concerned about what role they would take, they just wanted in no matter what.

Being on "the team" would have ensured them a big fat paycheck, that's all they really cared about.

When they finished that last meeting, I didn't hear anybody complaining about Michael's weight or health. One thing I did hear was Joe saying that he didn't want Michael to be paid in U.S. dollars.

Mother probably goes along with Randy as a way of getting him off of her back. LOL! I'm sure he is relentless in his pursuit to be in charge, i.e. "Mother this is what we should do."

Totally agree! I remember seeing Katherine on Piers Morgan the earlier part of this year promoting the art work with Brett Livingstone. She said that AEG only cared about money but that was all she could say because of the pending litigation. I thought to myself isn't that what you were concerned about to? She saw Michael didn't she? she should have known how he was doing by looking at him. Joe claimed he told her to check on Mike because he looks frail and weak to him. Did she check on him? How can she blame AEG for not watching out for MJ, when she, his mother, didn't do it either?

I wouldn't put past Randy et al including KJ were doing
the All Good Entertainmentdeal on the side,
they didn't see it coming when the AEG tours exploded to 50 shows.
That All Good deal just bombed the hella outta their faces, AEG killed it ! Ya'll

yep I remember the tweet from Randy applauding his 'family' for filing the lawsuit back in 2010, now his behind doesn't even want to be deposed. Did he honestly believe the family had a valid case?

Today is the 23rd.. He has 3 more days to get ready for his deposition if he hasn't been deposed already.

I think, just like the majority thinks, that the Jacksons REALLY thought that AEG was going to lay down like a wounded dog and cut the Jackson family a huge check. No questions asked.

I seriously think that the remaining Jacksons really think that they are a force to be reckoned with. They are not only "music royalty," they are related to Michael Jackson and his success is also their success, that they were once members of the very popular Jackson 5 and that people around the world will clear a path when they see the Jacksons coming.

They are of course delusional in their assumptions. LOL!

I also can't wait to see when Janet will be deposed. I wonder how she will respond to her 2007 'intervention' where Leonard Rowe basically told on her and said she was pissed with MJ because he didn't agree to the family tour and she really needed that tour because her previous one was canceled and she needed to pay her musicians. Janet wasn't too concerned with her brother's health and alleged drug addiction when she was wanting him to do some shows with the family where she was willing to be the 'opening act' :unsure: I remember her interviews back then where she was saying she would open for the brothers, they were just waiting for the one brother to get on board and they were having conference calls. Were the conference calls in relation to helping their brother with his alleged drug addiction? or was it to get their frail and sickly brother to tour with them? I can't wait to see how she will respond
