Dr. Conrad Murray hasn't even COME CLOSE to paying for the crime of killing Michael Jackson ... and should NOT be granted early release as he's requested ... this according to La Toya.


LTJ was at LAX yesterday when we asked what she thought of Murray's recent request to be freed from jail early while he works on his appeal ... claiming he doesn't pose a threat to society.


La Toya's response -- "Absolutely NOT ... my brother's not free."


Bonus Moment -- We asked La Toya about her days with the Psychic Discoveries Network ... and she TOTALLY DROPPED A PSYCHIC BOMBSHELL!!! Check out the clip.

Oh dreary me, how does one sentence become a full report. Well at least she is right about keeping Muarry in prison where he belongs. At least she wants him to remain there while I guess they look for the real killer.

Because she's full of shit.

TMZ should asked her why the family dropped the DA's suit against Murray if she truly wanted him to pay. Once again, this is why no one takes this family seriously.
 
LaToya is wishy washy.. so is she blaming Murray now? I thought she said he was the 'fall guy'

Exactly ! Restitution was paramount to Murray paying for his crime for the rest of his miserable life yet Katherine and Joe dropped it. Why? Randy claims the siblings knew nothing about it yet LaToya seems very close with her parents I bet she knew about it:(
 
I guess the judge heard Latoya's plea and then decided he would not free Muarry. Gee thanks Latoya.

Has she stopped feeling sorry for him at last? Or is she feeling guilty over the family decision drop the restitution bid?
