I thought she kind of was - she kept saying on Geraldo that he had a will, just things she said in her interviews- she wasn't supportive of the Jacksons challenging the will. She didn't get anything for it though that I can see as her lawsuit was thrown out but she may have expected some reward.

wow, that makes it even cloudier for me, in terms of motives at least. though i get what you say about her previous interviews - i kind of remember her saying somewhere that she asked him about making a will, and he said he already had one. i thought the 44M lawsuit was actually ridiculous, seeing that the series of projects had to be aborted - so what was she claiming for? and then i thought she was angry at the way she was dismissed, when Michael just stopped calling her (according to her) and changed his number. but was that reason to file an unrealistic lawsuit?
