Maybe there was something in the water. Maybe everything was shaking along with Elvis's trousers. Whatever the reason, the summer of 1958 was a fecund time for producing future pop singers.
Within the space of three months Paul Weller, Prince, Madonna and Michael Jackson all came kicking and screaming into this world. And none of them has stopped since.
All four turn 50 this year. It is a landmark they must have assumed, in the swanky pinnacle of their youthful fame, they would never have to confront.

~ Michael Jackson, November 18, 2003 after a search warrant was served at Neverland Ranch.I've seen lawyers who don't represent me and spokespeople who do not know me speaking for me. These characters always seem to surface with dreadful allegations just as another project, an album, a video is being released.
