FBI releases Michael Jackson files
The secret dossier on the late King of Pop has released information about claims that go as far back as the early 1980s, reports say.
The Los Angeles Police Department asked for the FBI's involvement to help with their sex probe on Jackson and were astonished by the findings.
In 1993 a Canadian couple told investigators that she and her husband, both social workers, were disturbed by the pop-star's behaviour on a train in 1992.
The Toronto woman said that ***** and his entourage had four train compartments near them on the way to California and the singer was accompanied by a 12 or 13-year-old boy, identified as his 'cousin' to anyone who asked.
The women told police, "Jackson was very possessive of the boy at night", and continued that she heard "questionable noises through the wall".
She reported her suspicions to the train conductor and took part in the investigation surrounding ***** molesting Jordie Chandler – a young boy who had been travelling with him.
Over 300 pages of documents show further antics which the 'Thriller' singer was involved in, including a seized video tape relating to child-porn.
A cover up from the mid- 1980s also came to light, regarding ***** being accused of molesting two Mexican boys.
Detectives have travelled abroad to collect interviews and information for the molestation inquiry.
The FBI papers were made public after The Post and other media requested them.
I think we should complain to the PCC about this twisting of information and insinuation. Disgusting.

The most obvious breach of the code of practice is this clause :
1
Accuracy
i) The Press must take care not to publish inaccurate, misleading or distorted information, including pictures.
ii) A significant inaccuracy, misleading statement or distortion once recognised must be corrected, promptly and with due prominence, and - where appropriate - an apology published.
iii) The Press, whilst free to be partisan, must distinguish clearly between comment, conjecture and fact.
iv) A publication must report fairly and accurately the outcome of an action for defamation to which it has been a party, unless an agreed settlement states otherwise, or an agreed statement is published.
Read the code here http://www.pcc.org.uk/cop/practice.html and describe in the complaints form how the metro have breached the clauses.
The Metro is a free paper that is handed out all over the UK and is often left on public transport for people to read.
As we know by reading the FBI files the tape was seized by US Customs in Florida as part of an investigation unrelated to Michael and was passed on to the FBI. It is his name being in the title which relates it to him. The FBI files do NOT state it found in Jackson's home or anywhere near his possession. It was analysed and the quality was poor to determine what the tape was of. Both these facts have been left out of the article and instead insinuates and leads people to think the worst.
Edit: Also.. They present information about the Mexican boy & 'cover up' etc. as the FBI findings when they are not, those are allegations the FBI was investigating. Those are not their findings.
