"Michael", a biopic about Michael Jackson, is officially happening.

Kelley im Loosing now my Patience when u ever say to me im a guilter then u will See u poor bitter childless Karen
You’re sure coming off as one.
Maybe then you should work on expressing yourself better in the English language, BEFORE posting sh.. stuff.

Resorting to backhanded threatening just shows your character & how helpless you are.

I have not. I call out the suspicious behavior.

If I called you out it's cause you were being suspect.

And are you saying Harun is NOT a Guilter?

What evidence would convince you that someone in here is a Guilter? What is required?

Answer the question please
It’s really not my place (nor yours) to say that someone is a guilter. Leave it up to the mods and the owner to ban them.

The way I see it, Michael has been gone since 2009, there’s no point worrying about who might be as it makes no difference in the grand scheme of things. If people want to waste their time signing up to the forum and trolling etc that’s on them.

I’m here because I love MJ and enjoy multiple topics of discussion about him.

How will the mods know if we don't inform them??

That's all I'm doing is informing them and asking others to help by reporting them as well.

The mod won't know what Harun is doing if no one tells them.

Obviously I don't have the power to ban anyone.

This a million times. I don't think some on here realise how unhinged they're making themselves look. Paris replies to a random fan comment and "not good enough she should have written an essay to satisfy ME".

Wild.
I think the unhinged one is the guy stalking Paris and Omer to justify saying they are guilters.

Paris harping on the same point we've criticized her for is a different thing. She's giving open-ended answers and explanations to an open-ended essay/rant of hers. The media already picked her words up and they’re insinuating she's implying her dad is guilty. People are allowed to call her out (without bashing her). It's crazy to point this out like a zillion times.

She replied to a weird unhinged rant saying she disagreed and we have people on here saying she should have said more lol. People need to log off.

The problem is that she still gave a vague open-ended answer that still circles back to the original problem that she said an open-ended insinuation that MJ fans are delusional

Until Paris says exactly which parts of the script she's unhappy with, I'm not too worried. She tends to have her own views on Michael, seen through her own lens, so would we agree or not on her perspective? Who knows... Like for example when she claimed that he cursed like a sailor. I mean, yeah he cursed every now and then like a normal person, but he sure didn't curse like a sailor, or else fans wouldn't get so excited the few times we hear him curse, so showing him cursing like a sailor in the biopic would not be an accurate representation.

And clearly her brother Prince has a different view than hers, yet he knew his father as well as she did. I know the media will only quote Paris so they can say the biopic is full of "full-blown lies", but let me post this reminder that Prince said the exact opposite (which I'm sure the media will ignore):

"He (Graham) does all this information gathering and research to put together the most authentic story and the character of who my father was. [...] After I read the first draft of the script, I called him cause I was crying. I told him that he had the most authentic picture of my father."

And when he was asked to describe the biopic in three words, these are the words he chose: "Epic, authentic and filled with love / lovely"

I hadn’t seen the Prince Jackson interview, very insightful that he found the script captured his father so well that he was emotional. I really hope none of this was changed in the rumored rewrite 🤞

i'd say for live performances it could be original recordings of michael, but if there's any scenes with him singing alone, off-stage that'd be jafaar

i feel like Prince will say something positive, no matter if he actually thinks it or if it's the truth.

he also seems to be on board with the estate whatever they do or say

And why do you think that? What evidence is there of him acting this way?

because Prince is the one most directly involved with the estate and its projects. One day he's going to take Branca's place as head of the estate, he's currently the face of a charity foundation that relies heavily on MJ's image.

you need to understand that his dad is not just his dad anymore, he's a BRAND he's responsible for. I would never expect anything but a PR friendly statement from Prince.

Prince is an independent thinker, yes he's intellegent to not speak badly about the estate but when he speaks, it's how he views things. He's not a liar.

The biopic in fact has been filmed with respect, thought, and love for Michael. He believes in the project, and has poured a lot of himself into it.

The choices made to change the script has not been a choice by the people. aking the film. They did not spend millions of dollars, working day after day, often 16 hour work days to change directions, spend more, and do more.

So again you believe Paris who admits she only read an early draft of the script and then had nothing more to do with it??

But you're are sceptical of Prince who was actually there the entire time?

Ok. Well I guess there's nothing for to discuss with you.

honestly, i just feel very confused by both of Michael's older kids right now. i think they behave on opposite extremes and it's safe to assume that they are having a fallout as well. the fact that they also had such extremely opposite things to say about this movie doesn't ease my confusion either.

maybe i went too overboard suggesting that Prince's approach is false or too PR-oriented, I admit that. I still would like them to address things more clearly instead of hiding behind "all is good and well" (him) and cryptic call outs that are never brought up again (her)

I am not saying that they owe people an explanation of what goes on in their private lives but at minimum I'd like some trasparency on this latest stuff pertaining MJ.

To be fair, she also stayed on long enough to read at least a subsequent script to see they didn't take her changes into account. I think picking sides is not necessarily fruitful discussion; I think there's truth to both Paris and Prince's accounts. If I've learned anything from the production of this biopic, is that everyone involved has their own views and motivations for the film.

^^ This is what I will never, ever understand. Graham King researched the story for years. John Logan had research assistants helping him in the planning stages. Lionsgate will have access to experienced entertainment lawyers who would know that a settlement of the type Michael had to go along with would likely include some sort of restrictive clause. And you don't have to dig very far into the story for that detail to pop up. So the whole thing is weird. That said, they are all experienced so hopefully they can still create something good. 🤞

the fact that i'm supposed to believe that the estate just forgot about that damn settlement is very bizzarre, showing that the extension of their incompetence knows no bounds.

John branca should have been immediately fired after this, i hope that the biopic doesn't give him more space and credit than he actually deserves.
