Michael an alcoholic?

I have been hearing some stories about Michael being a an alcoholic. Apparently he had to be "Slapped sober" before the TII Announcement. Is this true?
 
I had read that he drunk wine. But Im not sure if this is true. I always thought that MJ didnt consume any alcohol...
 
Huh? Drinking wine once in a while does not mean you are an alcoholic. Not even being drunk once in a while means you are an alcoholic. His liver was healthy acc. to his autopsy, so I doubt he was an alcoholic.
 
When some rock star gets high/drunk they are praised for ''living the rock n roll life style'' but when Michael drinks wine once in a while he's an alcoholic and a piece of shit

I agree, plus I do know he drinks wine when he's really nervous during a trip on flight because turbulence gets to him. There is no way that Michael is alchoholic ever. He's very careful about it.
 
Michael looked fine at the THIS IS IT Press conference, imo.. his voice was a little slurred though, i think he could have been nervous but when he got hold of the mic & did that mini dance he looked in the zone and ready! leaving after the announcement too, he has a big bright smile as he get's on the bus..
 
I drink wine at least once a week. - Just a glass or two to my dinner. - Does that make me an alcoholic?? - NO !

I get drunk once or twice a month - partying with my friends having a great time. - Does that make me an alcoholic?? - NO !

MJ might drink wine once in a while (like 99 % other grown-ups...) MJ might got drunk once in a while (like most others..) does that make MJ an alcoholic?? NO !!

It simply makes him human. - A normal person just like the rest of us...

He sure had a problem with medicin and pills. But I have never ever heard abouth MJ having an alcohol problem - and I do not believe he had one...

And yes, Michael did in fact drink alcohol from time to time. Being a grown ass man lets you do such things.

And apparently, some people here don't understand what an alcoholic actually is...

I might be true but I don't think Michael was alcohlic. He might have drinked alcohol like other people do too but it doesn't make him alcoholic.

I'm aware that you did not. However, since you quoted my post and since I agree with you about the video, I don't want it to look like we're saying drinking occasionally equals an alcholic.
 
If you believe the lies the jacksons and len rowe spread to the uk press while threatening to take mj to court to stop TII so the drunk could do the texas family show. yes mj was everything everyone ever said about him. regardless of the facts.

mj was the only adult who if he dared have a drink was a raving alcoholic. like they caim there was child porn in his house. every lie in the world is the truth when it comes to mj. no need for facts
 
Michael's dependencies/addictions are more likely to be of the medicated variety than alcohol, in my opinion.

Though I'm fairly confident he liked to drink.
 
Don't give a shite, the man made Dangerous - he could have been addicted to Frosties covered in piss for all I care.
 
definitely during the early part of his career, Michael lived his life as a drug free individual because he was that dedicated to his craft
