Okay. There are clear artifacts on the vocals of Threatened though, which are not in the original. Did you got them from an acapella that was fanmade using phase-inversion (sounds like a similar kind of artifact).
Btw, I am not saying the vocals on Breaking News are not processed. My point is that even when you have a snippet full of artifacts (whether you added them or not) like the Threatened vocals, it still sounds like MJ. The Cascio vocals sound clean in comparison, yet the voice sounds nothing like MJ.

Strange! The word 'fearing' in particular does not sound clean at all. Would be interesting to hear more of the acapella just to see whether it sounds similar throughout (don't worry, I'm not asking you to post more).I increased the volume, there are no changes. Nothing fan-made.
Well, that depends on the type of processing of course. Pitch-shifting them with Melodyne, as we were given as an explanation for them sounding odd, certainly would not make MJ sound like he does on the Cascio tracks. Some of his vocals in This Is It were quite obviously pitch-shifted too, yet he sounds totally like himself... must be the shower acoustics...Processed vocals do sound clean. They also sound odd and synthetic.

I want to emphasize again that for the last 2 years+ all comparison clips have been totally useless. They do not qualify as evidence and have no legal standing either.
Also, I can also play the 2 seconds comparisons and still easily win:I love your comparisons and other audio clips. Can you make them any shorter?
And you are forgeting that it is not one line without grittiness or processed or with odd pronunciation. It is whole 12 songs. Every word in every sentance in every song times 12!

This works, mateWhat happened to your link? Doesn't seem to work.
Why are they, never satisfied???![]()
If processing really changed Michael's vocals to such an extent then why not let the original unprocessed vocals be heard in order to verify their authenticity? And more importantly, why process a vocal to the extent that it sounds as awful as the Cascio vocals do? The processing theory is not supported by any evidence, least of all even an attempt at identifying what type of "processing" technique would cause this. We know Teddy Riley lied about causing the vibrato, because it's on all the songs, including the three that he worked on before he had them, so why should we believe what anyone else says?
The vibrato and other issues started at the Cascio end because they were on the tracks as soon as Sony picked them up. So what did Eddie Cascio do specifically that caused the vocals to sounds just like Jason and where is the evidence to support this?
And I find it shocking that people can dismiss the comparisons as worthless yet put their faith in to an alternative that has nothing whatsoever to support it.
uh what's this?

Why You Wanna Trip on Me
Fun fact: a new 35-second snippet of Ready 2 Win leaked online. Is it just me, or is Ready 2 Win the absolute worst Michael imitation of the twelve Cascios? I mean, the other eleven sound like Jason Malachi trying to sound like Michael, but this one just sounds like Jason being Jason.
Why am I surprised that this is still going strong...? Anyway, hey guys! Just dropping in to see if there are any new developments!![]()
