Let's cherish men who love children.
love how you gave all the information behind the picture, I would love to start seeing more of that@HumanitarianMJ
"#OnThisDay in #HumanitarianMJ #HIStory: Nov10, 1972. #MichaelJackson made his first visit to @GreatOrmondSt in London. Later in life, he would become one of their biggest financial contributors and visited patients in the hospital on numerous occasions.
During this visit, he gave out gifts that had been sent to him from fans to patients and signed autographs. The picture [below] captured one of the rare moments on this day, Michael pushing patient Shirley Smith in her wheelchair."

Tbf, all that info came from the person who posted on X. That's why I put the quotes in italics and with " " around the text to show it's not info coming from me.love how you gave all the information behind the picture, I would love to start seeing more of that
nah you totally interpreted it correctly! I wish everybody did this, including myself. its great to learn these little bits of information!Tbf, all that info came from the person who posted on X. That's why I put the quotes in italics and with " " around the text to show it's not info coming from me.
I always try to include any relevant info for stuff I post if it's available and if it's legit. Bc it's good to be accurate, of course, but also it's just really nice to get these bits of info about Michael that can easily be forgotten bc it's from when he was younger. There are quite a few lovely video clips of Michael visiting hospitals etc but obviously not quite so much stuff from the 70's. I mean, there are photos and some news reports but they don't pop up as regularly as the later stuff does. And I love the way his kindness was showing already at such a young age. There is some of this stuff on the board but it's scattered around different threads.
EDIT - sudden thought that I might have misinterpreted your comment.![]()
