the hand on the left belongs to someone else, the person handing him the child, it's not Michael's. it's not photoshopped
here's another version of the pic. his nose looks the same

This one doesn't look as nearly photoshopped as the first one you posted. It just looks so strange with the angles possibly why it looks completely altered maybe before you seen it not sure.
😘 Michael and kids GOD made them both soooooooooooo PERFECT!!!! 😇
