Yes!!!! The silk shirt is fire. Even when I saw it on the clothes rail in the little Michael Bush video I swooned. Will you be there performances are another goldmine. Sometimes I think he is "reserved" in that performance, just very lightly touches himself. But sometimeshe goes all out! Human Nature style!
. And that white silk shirt OMG!
oh gawd!! Few seconds of Mikegasm right in the morning!
She does that, doesn't she? She does this to us. This is what we have to expect from sw23.
But even I enjoyed this one. I've already watched it 4 times. I was already wrestling with notions of 'Manhood threading' (not gonna say any more) and then I saw this.
'desperately desperate' is bringing such joy into my life, lol.I shared these in the HIStory era thread the other day, but I just revisited them, and I am once again on the floor, desperately desperate (a new and constant state of being).
This is from back in March, this had me laughing so hard, and I could not disagreeEarlier today I had a conversation about the meaning of life and the existential value of art and creation -- what matters when the world is burning and suffering abounds? -- you know, that light after dinner kinda convo. But I realize now I've been overthinking this whole thing. The answer lies, ever so simply, in this GIF of Michael touching himself and grinding into the air like the mesmerizing stage-beast he is. I'm not sure if I've stared at this for 2 minute, 20 minutes, or 2 hours, but whichever it is, it is not enough lol.
That said, the GIF I had in mind is a close up of his crotch with one finger gently caressing it in a way that is downright pornographic, if porn could ever dream of being so hot. I want to see it again and I am loudly declaring this desire to anyone who will listen both in hopes of manifesting my own destiny, but also because I am a monster, and entirely unashamed of how much a completely clothed Michael can destroy my entire life. You know, in a good way lol.

LOL actually I'm not sure how innocent I ever was. When I read that post of mine Hiker reshared, I was completely insane. I was sort of shocked at how intensely insane I was early on when you all didn't even know me yet! I mean...was that before our first watch party even?!!!Oh the innocence...my word we've turned into these cheeky little devils lol![]()

Whateverwith Michael it's just inevitable.
OK, let me address my moment of madness and then I can move on. Yes, it was me that declared, brazenly and apparently unashamedly, that LIML is a duet. I just put it out there, didn't I?But here's the thing. I've been listening to LIML for quite a while. Couple of years? Something like that. Very ballad-y, very R&B so not my usual thing but a lovely song. Also, I don't like duets but this one is fine. So I'm loving the song and it doesn't get played loads but, you know, decent. Gets played a decent amount. I know the song well.
Oh it's understandable! LIML can mess up even for malt dignified and sensible among us! Especially the extended version... I want to know your thoughts on that one. I really do!OK, let me address my moment of madness and then I can move on. Yes, it was me that declared, brazenly and apparently unashamedly, that LIML is a duet. I just put it out there, didn't I?
My excuse is, I had lost my mind. I'd been listening to LIML in a different way and my brain was shredded so, you know, what can I say? Michael does this to me, he kills my thinking power. Bear in mind, this is what I wrote BEFORE I heard the extended version as recommended by sw23. Can you imaging the nonsense I would have come out with if I had posted *after* I heard that version? Sheesh!
I've been on a two day break from LIML. Sometimes self-preservation has to take priority.
Thank you, ladies. Thank you for your patience!
You couldn't know this but this little statement has made me feel ever so slightly melancholy. Just yesterday I was listening to a song I love but hardly ever hear or play. 'Giving It All Away' by Roger Daltrey. Gorgeous song. Anyway, haven't heard it for, literally, a decade or more. Got it on a compilation. The lyrics and vocal delivery are both very poignant but this time it made me think about Michael. And you've just reminded me.I have never in my life been attracted to a man in a letterman jacket but with Michael, I would give it all away...
Love this photo but still say, as I always do, that they should have used the black lace photo. I will always see that as such a missed opportunity. Truly, I love him in this outfit but the black lace photo ... omg!
This pic is so well know but I wish it had been the cover of the album!!! It's the smile for me. No, wait, it's the body language! He's shy. He's our adorable, shy, bashful guy with the smile that destroys everything in its path, and the sexy AF aesthetic... I would like to be legally betrothed to this photo.

I'm not having a go at you, just to be clear. I'm just now feeling quite thoughtful and slightly pensive.

I prefer it in b&w but this'll do nicely. I've heard all the arguments for and against this photo but, hey, I'm a punk. I'm always gonna lean towards the option that goes against the grain.
Did this get used for some reissue thing? I never see those things so I don't know. I think it did get used on something, eventually.
THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A BAD PHOTO BEING TOO BIG OMG
I'm heading to a family event soon, but if I come back and you have gone mad posting Bad era photos all over the picture threads, I will not complain. In fact, I will rejoice to the high heavens! I will fall to my knees in gratitude!Oh, you've got me obsessing over Bad photos now, lol. I prefer this one to the album version.
Oh, I might go and listen to this. Just before I came online I was listening to 'The Death of Emmett Till'. Powerful stuff from Bob. That was adding to the melancholy mood, as you can imagine. I seem to be having a 'Bob' day.The title and some of the lyrics made me think of "I Threw It All Away" by Bob Dylan, which is fundamentally a very different song than this lol.
Agree. I know the argument is, the black lace photo makes him look too feminine, but I think he looks quite badass cos his stare is so intense. Not gangster badass, obvs, but there is a real intensity there which I love.I also love this black lace photo! I wouldn't mind this as a cover and I think it would be amazing as a Bad 40 reissue (assuming they do such a thing). I would love to see Michael's original vision for it honored. His eyes are so arresting in this photo too. Omg.
Definitely. A back cover for that photo would be awesome. And certainly from the graphic design point of view, yeah, totally would work. They should have done that.Regarding the photo I shared, after I wrote that I actually thought it would work much better as a back cover than a front cover. I can just imagine that photo with the track list to the left, or right of it. It would be gorgeous.
I don't multi-task so I never did this while listening but, yeah, I loved doing this type of thing. That is one way that vinyl was always superior to CD's because there was so much more space for the photos, lyrics, sleeve notes etc. You really could immerse yourself in it. I love CD's cos they have a better shelf life than vinyl and take up less space. But from the graphic design point of view, they suck. Nothing was ever the same. When everything had to shrink down like that, ugh, so sad. Doesn't really work. Better than nothing but, nah, not nearly as good as a 12". That said, in this day and age of streaming, CD booklets are precious. I don't access my music online (so old-school). I need my CD's. I need little booklets.I remember as a kid and teenager whenever I would get a new CD, I would lie on my stomach on my bed and just stare at the album - every picture, read all the lyrics, just soak in the entire aesthetic while listening to the whole CD. If I had been into Michael back then, I probably would have done this x10. If I saw that photo on the back cover of Bad, I would probably have never left my room again lol.
