I'm not sure who would be the best person, but I agree Katherine should not be their guardian anymore. Even if she means well and is innocent, she has crazy children and she is an easy target for them. It's bad for PPB and bad for her. I'm sure they (Katherine and the kids) will be better without all this pressure.

The kids need someone they feel close too, and strong enough to stand the pressure on a long term basis. Maybe it could be TJ, I don't know him well enough to have an opinion.

I just hope Katherine is OK.

Very convenient indeed that she'll be coming home now. There is no way does she not atleast suspect something after being interviewed with police, and her only excuse to not come out looking like one of the bad guys in all this, is to say she was kidnapped and held against her will..and in that case her kids needed to be arrested ASAP.

I don't know TJ well enough either to say whether he's a good choice or not.

You're right about Katherine being an easy target for her kids. As long as they act this way towards Katherine PPB is not safe in her care. If they've done this to Katherine now, what will they do next? I doubt they will ever stop trying to get to the money and even if it means treating their own mother in such a way, they'll do it.

If Katherine is innocent I hope she'll get to see PPB and reunite with them WITHOUT her children being present.

I think TJ will not persue guardianship in order to spare his grandmother the stress and embarrassment (but I still believe she should let someone better suited for the role take on guardianship). If there are no repercussions for this latest fiasco (a restraining order against Randy at the very least) I will be kind of upset. If Michael had pulled a stunt like this there would be an army of federal agents knocking down his front door, why should the rest of the family get a free pass?

So katherine is coming back. so i guess TJ might not file for temp custody but will katherine have to explain herself to some sort of hearing? i want there to be retribution for this she has to know that she cant let her crazy kids do this to ppb and get away with it.

I don't want to sound pessimistic, but I think we should wait until she arrives in LA and we get a confirmation either from her or Paris... Could be another one of Randy's lies to delay the custody filing.

With KJ in control it will happen again because mother Katherine can’t control her insubordinate, out of control, ADULT, grown 50-60 year old cubs. Maybe they need to be home schooled and have all of their social privileges taken away until they grow the hell up. Free Michael's children now!!!

They are trying to say as Siegel declined to serve as an executor in 2003, there should be a will that put him in executor position before 2003. They argue that this shows that 2002 will is real.

Of course, the Jacksons will say that the letter was written after MJ's death and back dated. And Siegel is in on the conspiracy. There is NOTHING anyone is going to do to make them believe the will is valid because they don't want to believe it.

TJ might not file, but what about the kids' guardian ad litem Margaret Lodise ? Doesn't she have to report what happened to a judge ?

Would that be a public hearing ?

What worries me that what is Randy planning to do next? If I dare to say, what if there is a car accident when all kids are in the same car? We know who is going to be next on line to be beneficiary. Randy is just too dangerous to be anywhere near to kids. If he wants to see K in Calabas house, kids needs to be surrounded by bodyguards left, right and centre.

They need some independent lawyer to sit down the whole lot of Jacksons, siblings, cousins et all who goes though step by step why the will is valid. Now they have surrounded themselves with lawyers that are after payday and the only ones benefits of it is the lawyers. Oxman probably filling their heads with unfulfilled dreams of lost money:)
Also Jacksons needs to start mingling with other people too, they are just among each other and everybody agrees with each other, no one tells them to get real.

Smiley was reply to earlier post, and the rest was me expressing my fear for kids future.
I would loved to remain optimistic that they are safe, but I just can't.
Randy is not mentally ok, that is for sure.

Possibly ruined from this: Janet Jackson, who’s wound up on the front page of every tabloid this morning allegedly calling niece Paris a bitch. I just listened to Randy's interview with Sharpton and had to laugh, when Randy was telling the story about what happened when they got to the house.

He had the NERVE to say: "When we got to the house, we were denied access to OUR OWN HOME."

Fool that ain't your home. LOL!

That's their problem, they THINK everything associated with Michael Jackson belongs to them.

"OUR OWN HOME." LOL! That fool is straight up loony, in my opinion.

:clapping: That's exactly what they need, but when you think about it, they've probably had a few. Streisand is supposedly one of the best estate lawyers in the country, and he was fired.

I think part of their problem too is that despite their being in the public eye for nearly 50 years, they're not used to this kind of spotlight. Outside of a few instances, they've been living mostly in obscurity since MJ struck out on his own 30 years ago. When he died being this one of a kind world phenom, they were thrust front and center like they never had been. Even in their heyday they didn't have the kind of fanbase my man had. Add in the internet and other technology where a sneeze can be videod and posted, they had unaccumstomed attention and interest and they thought power and support. Since that support was coming from MJ fans who greatly loved him, they thought it was transferred to them and they could channel it for their purposes. This is where they really need to get real now. MJ love is not the same as Jackson family love. It certainly isn't after this week.

I think the court appointed lawyer, Margaret, has to inform the judge. I read in one of those RadarOnline articles that she has legal obligation to do so.


The folks who are criticising Paris for talking about this in public. Well, did you also critise her when she said songs on the new album were fake or did you use her tweets to push your agenda?

Inside the paper is a TWO PAGE spread. I don't know what Janet was thinking when she involved herself with Randy's "fake" will theory, but she is paying for it now.

They have, but the problem is when the lawyer told them the reality. Those Jacksons attacked them as John branca's plant. when things didnt go their way they blamed everything on John branca. Those delusional Jacksons live in their mind.
