Is it possible to have more than one guardian.... like a joint custody? That way someone new can come in to help, and the kids at the same time wouldn't have to be alienated from Kat?

PJ does not know anything and is being deceived.

The real devils in this orchestrated take down are the devils that took Mike down. The same unsavory characters are circling like vultures overhead.

Take one look at PJ's twitter feed and you'll see why children should NOT be on Twitter. Esp not a child such as PJ since she's the offspring of someone like MJ.

There's a thing called "class" -- Mike had lots of it and always maintained his classy composure even in the most troubling of times. To see Mike's daughter behaving the way she has been, is just unreal.

As for the rest of the family, they are being played like they've always been played. Lawyers have moved in and divided the family against itself and set in motion a strategy to rip the family apart. That's what happens when you entrust your Estate to the folks who are currently running it.

Mike made a huge mistake in that will... based on the reports he requested that will back when he terminated Branca.

The fans should not be so d*** gulliable.

MJ's family may have its problems (greed, envy, etc.), but the real problem lies on the outside of that family. The real manipulators.

Sure, there are unsavory characters all on the inside, too, but that's cause they have puppet master pulling strings all over the place.

Mike's worst nightmare has come true. He's gone. His kids are living at their grandmother's house and the vultures that conspired to snuff him out are creating divisions amongst his family and amongst his fans.

Most fans are no longer his fans, but fans of that Estate. That estate is not MJ. What remains on Earth is an abomination.

Oh, enlightened one...fans aren't being so d*** gullible... No one is seeing halos ever John Branca or John McClain. The last three years have shown no one came close to having one in MJ’s life. Actually, I did see one over Katherine once. Then she signed the kids up with the porno producer.

These last three years have indeed been an abomination. A real eye opener. On all fronts. Saddening the heck out of me. I wish I didn’t learn half the FACTUAL things I’ve learned, seen in actual contracts and blistering letters and video camera’s and on twitters. Makes you hate the internet age. I agree Paris never should have been allowed on that crazy twitter thing. But too late to put that cork back in the bottle. Janet’s behavior certainly doesn’t give her the right to even try now. Which leads us to the "real manipulators" you speak of. This week has shown how much they are insiders as much as outsiders. Randy’s little interview with Sharpton proved that. His alluding to the estate for Paris not being able to talk to her grandmother is pure public manipulation. He's being the puppet master here. Seems he thinks we’re as gullible as you do. You’re both wrong.

Don't argue with them. People here love to twist others words. If things aren't spelled out for them in the form of a contract then they simply assume the worst. Everyone here is judged if you don't share the same opinion. It's ridiculous.

I think it´s a good thing Paris can tell her view of things.

Katherine is being kept isolated according to Randy so she can get some rest and de-stress. Imagine tne enormous stress she will have when she comes back and is informed about this whole fuckery. The Jacksons really know how to de-stress things for her :smilerolleyes:

I think it's a good idea that someone trustworthy is given custody as well. Just in case things like this happen. That person can step in and make sure the kids are alright. No one knows exactly what has been going on and what they told katherine, but we all know it's a mess.
Katherine is an elderly woman and I don't want to know what happens with the kids if she really falls ill or something. With this happening they should have a back up plan. And if it's true that TJ is going to ask for temporary custody then I think it's a good thing.

I can't believe some people are still too blind to see through the Jacksons' BS. Actually I don't even think they are, I think everyone can see the shit the Jacksons are pulling. Some people here hate the Estate so much that they'll let the Jacksons do anything and still think it's alright.

Yes and however you consider the situation that is just wrong. She is their guardian.
If an old lady is well she should be able (and allowed) to talk to the kids. If an old lady is ill, she should still be allowed to talk to the kids if she is physically capable. If she's been ordered to rest by a doctor she should still be allowed to talk to the kids.
There are no legitimate excuses for this behaviour which means something dodgy is going on. Not even the Jacksons are crazy enough to believe they are acting in her best interests (or the kids' for that matter)

By the time they can no longer keep her there, before she leaves they will fill her head with so much propaganda about Trent, her lawyers and the estate, she'll most likely come out of the isolation very angry at everyone BUT them. Jermaine & Co will never admit they went too far, will continue to herald themselves as some kind of saviours, taking actions for Katherine's health, and will vehemently argue with Marlon and everybody else they did the right thing for the right reasons. They'll actually believe their delusions. I guess that's how they get to live with themselves.

She's a child and should NOT be on Twitter or Facebook and should not be addressing the public. Her dad was the greatest entertainer that ever lived and because of that she and the rest of the Jackson children should have been given instructions on how to present themselves with the public.

She's been on the wrong path ever since her father took off.

NO - her father would have never supported an acting career for her at this age.
NO - her father would have not let her sit on Twitter and address the public the way she does now.

Just because Paris's dad was the greatest entertainer ever lived does NOT mean that Paris cannot live like normal teenager!
Paris is 14 year old teenager and that is what teenagers do today. Gone are the days when manual letter were written or phone calls were made.
Michael wanted to his children to have a normal childhood, that is what he himself said. You may not agree that twitter doesn't belong to normal childhood, but to Paris (+ billions of other people), it is everyday mean to interact with people. She is tweeting her heart out because she doesn't have people around to talk to her, or people she can trust. That is NOT Paris' fault.
I rather see Paris to explore the world like any other kid today, than see her excluded from normal world, like her dad was when he was growing up. We all know what Michael said about his lost childhood, let Paris have hers.

Btw, if Michael had lived, many things would be different for Paris, but he didn't and she deals with it as best she can.

I wasn't a fan of her being on twitter...but i think the last few days proved, the kids need an outlet. They are not safe around some Jacksons and since they have no one else, they have no choice but use social media to get some of their stories out.

Going through of her twitter feed, as far back as July 16th, she's been tweeting lyrics or quotations that deal with family & abandonment. We just never caught on...but she needs/needed that outlet.

My wish is once everything is settled down, their use os twitter is monitored more closely. Or better yet, that someone really takes an interest in these kids so they don't feel the need to have twitter to vent their issues.

But no one should have any doubt that MJ is really proud of his kids for standing up for themselves...he raised them right.

LOL if a couple of people on this thread had their way, Paris would be locked in a room with no windows, no outside contact, no friends...seriously people. Michael always wanted them to have a normal childhood...normal today is social networking.

Who is anyone to say what Michael would and wouldn't have let her do?? How do you know she wouldn't have twitter? For one, what she's having to talk about right now wouldn't be an issue if Michael was still alive, and 2 of course he'd monitor her and keep an eye on her, but who are any of you to say with such certainty that he wouldn't let her be a normal teenager? Do you think he didn't learn anything from his younger years when he was shielded from the world?

As for Marlon...I think he was being sincere, because what would going on tv crying, and proving that there really is a massive family rift going on do for good publicity or their tour?? Absolutely nothing.

They are not speaking about intervieing her recently this was back in April when that claim was made. No it doesnt mean she is aware of what is going on. The fact she has been wisked away into isolation from most her family and children who are denied any conatct . makes me beleieve they are keeping all this from her and they dont want t other family members in contact to spill the beans. The fact she is isolated from all her family by the ones who wrote thet letter - is very telling and very distubing and worrisome. Marlon was crying over not having contact. If he felt she was in good hands just resting . he wouldnt be all upset like that and if he just felt she was there to support the others he would be all upset and worried about her well being like that. Tito was next to him looking very concerned about it shaking his head yes .. Something is very wrong .. but with all this publicity they are going to have to bring her out soon.

Randy Jackson Responsible For Plotting To Overthrow Michael Jackson's Executors


Randy Jackson is responsible for hatching a family plot to overthrow Michael Jackson's executors in an attempt to get his hands on part of the late King of Pop's estimated $1 billion fortune, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

During an emotional interview on The Insider Tuesday night, Marlon, Tito, and Jackie Jackson would not identify the person they hold responsible for not allowing them to talk to their mother Katherine for more than nine days now, but Radar has learned that the trio holds their brother, Randy, responsible, as well as his business associate, Howard Mann.

Michael Jackson's children's court-appointed attorney, Margaret Lodise, will be asking a judge to strip Katherine's guardianship of Paris, Prince, and Blanket since she has been out of town for more than a week, and because she believes the children aren't safe following a physical altercation with Janet, Jermaine, and Randy on Monday. The hearing could happen as early as Wednesday morning as there are regularly scheduled proceedings in Michael Jackson's probate case.

When asked who orchestrated this current Jackson family drama, Marlon said during The Insider interview: "I'm not going to go into that. There is somebody that made the decision that my mother cannot talk to me, and whoever that person is is going to have to answer to me. I'm going to see my mother, and I'm going to bring her home."

Family sources unequivocally tell us: "Marlon, Tito, and Jackie all hold Randy responsible for all of this. Randy is also getting advice from Howard Mann, who has been on the fringe for the last two years, trying to insert himself into the Jackson family. Randy introduced Howard to Katherine, and some of the siblings have been very concerned for a very long time about Mann. Howard is business partners with Katherine on several deals that Randy has supported and wanted her to do," the source tells us.

Howard Mann is the founder of the Naked Women's Wrestling League, and as RadarOnline.com previously reported Katherine and Mann released a book together, Never Can Say Goodbye, The Katherine Jackson Archives. Mann also operates the website, JacksonSecretVault.com. The executors of Michael's estate sent Mann a cease-and- desist letter in 2010 because the promoter was using the King of Pop's image on a lithograph collection without their permission and subsequently filed a lawsuit against him for violating copyright and trademark laws.

Mann told several media outlets on Monday about the latest Jackson family drama, "I believe that Katherine and the children who are benefactors of the estate fall on one side, and then Randy, Jermaine and Rebbie and Tito fall on the other side," Mann said. "They're a group of people who have a great deal of questions about the administration of the estate." Tito has since defected from trying to have the executors tossed.

Mann has a checkered background and was sued by bombshell Carmen Electra for over $400k for failure to pay her for several appearances she made for the Naked Women's Wrestling League.

A grief stricken Marlon revealed on The Insider, "We've been told that our mother is safe. She's doing well. But we have not spoken to her. We have not talked to her and I don't know where my mother is..." but vowed to go to Arizona and bring her home.

"This is a family divided, sadly right now. Marlon, Jackie, Tito, hold Randy and Howard Mann responsible, period. They just want their mother to come home safely and to stop being used as a pawn," the insider told us.

I thought they looked embarrassed. So they should.

They've (maybe) been planning this for 3 years, and they never once saw the possible PR catastrophe? Let alone the possible fallout as regards family relationships all round. Or the likely reaction of the Estate. It is disappointng that they seem such strangers to the real world. (but in the light of previous actions, not especially surprising).
Paris seems to have much more savvy and 'real world awareness'. Perhaps she even gets some of that from reading posts on twitter?

I'm not sure Katherine is aware of the situation or agrees with it : it would have been very simple for her to calm things down by calling the kids.
The big big mess started because she hasn't called them, and they have not been able to reach her. That was easy to deal with.
