Michael refused to raise his children in an environment where this sort of shit happens.

TMZ broke the story ... Michael Jackson's siblings whisked Katherine away to a spa in Tucson to help her escape what they called the "utter chaos" of the Jackson family home in Encino.

What "utter chaos" would there be? Doesn't Katherine live alone with Paris, Prince and Blanket...and her help? This family is something else.

Some members of that family seem to blame those children for whatever stress Mrs Jackson is going through and her seemingly callous response to yesterday's debacle suggests that she agrees!! Bolded--that's the reason why some people who have money doubt true friendship and love. They're afraid to trust people because they believe people are with them for their money.

At least Katherine seems safe but what I don't get is why Paris couldn't communicate with her for a week... :thinking:

Now we see the plan clearer. Another reason they removed Katherine was to be able to go and take the children. Have these people been looking at too many James Bond movies? Don't they know they cannot take children away unless they are the guardians. I won't be surprised if they are sent to face a judge for their aborted kidnapping plan. How dare they do such a thing. They have no legal right to take the children away from their home. This is just too much now.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Lost Hills Sheriff's deputies have been on the Jackson case since April, when a business associate of the Jackson family alleged that Katherine Jackson was being emotionally and financially mistreated by family members.

Okay...what bussiness associate? Because frankly those who have been in bussiness with the Jacksons since MJ pasing are shady as crap! So is has been 4 months and they having gotten any evidence yet? I feel so much for Michael's kids right now!

Why would randy janet & co go to the home to get the kids with cameras!!!!!!??????? if they really wanted to do this in a nice clam respectful manner they could gone without cameras or have just one member go and get them.......they are the ones making it worse NOT PPB!!!!!!!!!!

One report claims that Katherine Jackson's "vacation" was at the behest of Janet Jackson because Janet felt her mother needed to spend time away from Michael's children.

Now if that report is true, then Janet Jackson has sunk to the level of LaToya Jackson for me and there is no coming back from that. Ms Jackson needs to say something and say something soon because things are going to get very ugly and if she wants to retain any credibility in this, she needs to come clean.

Paris Jackson has just tweeted that she still has not heard from her grandmother! Yet we have a pic of granny grinning with other family members. What does that say to Paris - "I am happy to be away from you and I don't care that you may feel abandoned and afraid"? And make no mistake this is abandonment. If Katherine is deliberately choosing NOT to communicate with the children in her care, there are no words ....

The report says Katherine bodyguard prevented the bros. from taking the kids. And what about the kids bodyg? I hope they're very well protected now that it seems that they're in danger in their own home.

Right so many stories I can't get a grip of them. We are told that Michael's siblings went there with a cameral and crew to take the children and then police was called. Then we hear the police was called after a fight broke out among the Jacksons. Which one happened first, or did both stories take place at the same time?

Hopefully it was someone punching Jermaine and co in the faces. This is what happens when you have people in a home with no adequate supervision.

The New Jackson 5 ( Tito, Jermaine, Randy, Rebbie, and Janet Jackson) have taken money from some Reality TV show producer, and they are exploiting Michael's children in a nasty way.
They were surprised when Prince sent them packing.

yeh funny how appreatley it was supposd to be a "family vacation" with other grandkids apart from PPB from what i have heard and if its true then this just proves what janet & co are doing..SMH

But why didn't the local police tell mother to call home when they saw she was playing uno?

Now reports state that Janet was behind sending mother away, if that is true, but whose idea was it to have her not contact the children? why did she say she does not want to return to California, if that is true? Is she hiding from the AEG depositions?

Just a question . . . could TJ or any of his brothers do some type of emergency petition with the court to gain at least temporary custody of the children, especially in light of an altercation at the house?

The children should have authorities at least questioning them as to whom they trust, whom they doubt or distrust, etc. This seems to have gone past a family issue.

EXACTLY my question. How on earth could she not call Paris and her brothers after telling the police she's fine! :doh: this whole thing is just fishy.. It's just beyond me and now, people are telling Paris to call her lawyer directly and I think she MIGHT do that. She's beyond desperate and it's so upsetting to see her like this..

Maybe they can use the same trick that people always tried on Michael--just get in front of the cameras spewing all the crap they can about the situation. I'm sure that will get responses quite quickly.
