I know that Michael's children love their grandmother but still feel she should lose custody of them. The reason being - what happens if things carry on as before and you get Jermaine, Randy or Janet coming to visit? Katherine would find it hard to deny them access to her home yet I believe it puts the kids at risk. Only solution would be a restraining order against several family members and others to stop them coming with a hundred yards of Prince, Paris or Blanket.

I don't think Janet slapped her. Paris tweeted that Janet did not call her a bitch either. The video also does not show a slap. These papers make you wonder what is truth or false.

So mother is coming home as soon as the attorney decides that temp custody should be filed. I guess Randy, Rebbie and the other planners decided that mother's money would be cut if she was no longer the guardian. We know that Rebbie's husband has an average job earning average money and the others do not have upper class incomes. They see the kids living a posh life and envy that too, so mother has to come home now to prevent the courts from taking the guardianship away. Don't forget on top of her own money, Katherine gets an additional amount to take care of the kids. If TJ gets custody he will get that money and I guess Randy and company will be asking him for cash then.

The guardianship of the kids should go to Diana Ross as Michael intented if his mother was not suited to take care of the kids. That would rule out all Jacksons from the presence of the kids. It would be the best thing for them. Jackson family is messed up.

Perry urged Janet and Jermaine to have her mother come home immediately because of the pending custody hearing which WILL happen this morning in a Los Angeles courtroom."

The conversation "was extremely emotional, and Paris was just so relieved to hear from her grandmother. She was very emotional on the phone, and Katherine assured her that everything was going to be OK. Katherine wanted to come home immediately last night, but there were no flights available. She is extremely upset at her children for doing this, and was kept in the dark the entire time," the insider adds.

There is a routine probate hearing Wednesday morning for Michael Jackson's estate, and Katherine's disappearance will be dealt with also.
