I can't believe Janet is doing this, she was the only one who I trusted in this family, now i guess we can't trust anyone... just sad =/

Maybe TJ only presses on to make sure that Mother really finds her way back to LA...

She was still not seen by anyone but her cubs, right?

The ongoing problem I see is the fact that the Jacksons who signed that letter have given conflicting versions with regard to Mother's health.

Whether false of not, THEY have put out there:

Recent mini-stroke;
Doctor's orders to rest;
Left the home to de-stress;
Couldn't pick up the phone for 11 days because she was resting.

All things to be considered by the Judge.

The Jacksons who signed that letter APPARENTLY did not think about any consequences before they put their little plan in action.

I do not trust T J or any Jackson.

I think they are all in this together.

That was the plan all along.

To wrestle the kids from Katherine's custody so they can access the money through guardianship of the children.

Exclusive: TJ Jackson, 34 year old son of Tito Jackson, is actually named in Katherine Jackson’s will as her successor guardian. TJ is in court this morning seeking temporary guardianship of Prince, Paris and Blanket Jackson. Katherine Jackson is still back in Los Angeles. The kids are in summer school this morning and don’t need to be in court, sources say. TJ will likely get the guardianship until Katherine returns to Los Angeles. She may even be compelled to explain where she’s been and if she understood what was going on. If not, TJ may become the permanent guardian. But Randy Jackson and his gang are out in the cold.

The jacksons couldn't fight their way out of paper bag therefore i doubt whether it's been some kind of sophisticated conspiracy. For example, they apparently forgot in their masterplan that paris had twitter.

How randy and co can dare start saying they were looking after their mother's health and she needed rest from mj's children, when they were perfectly happy to let their 4 children hang around havenhurst all these years even after 25 june when it meant the house wd be chaotic. It was the estate who got alexandra and the 4 children out of that house and organised other accommodation.

This is just my humble opinion.

What doesn't make sense is that when it became clear that Katherine was in danger of losing the kids why the siblings didn't try to get her back to L.A.

TJ's lawyer, Charles Schultz, just told the court, Katherine is unavailable and all they want is a temporary guardianship so he seems to be saying Ross is an unnecessary party.
Schultz also said there was an "incident" at the Calabasas house last night that escalated. He added TJ is unsure Katherine is acting voluntarily

10:33 AM Katherine's lawyer, Sandra Ribera, just said she (Sandra) has been to the house several times recently and she believes Katherine has been held against her will.

Omg - Katherine is mia, Diana Ross most likely is aware of the mess but doesn't want to be involved, and now the court won't listen to the guy that actually wants to take care of the kids (and probably has been the one keeping an eye n the kids this week). That makes a lot of sense.

Is it that hard for the judge to just have someone call Diana and ask if she wants to be involved?

10:34 AM The judge just ordered that MJ's 3 kids NOT be removed from California without a court order. The judge added that TJ should file a petition for PERMANENT GUARDIANSHIP.

Diana Ross please fulfill Michael's wish and get the children. I don't know much about TJ but from his brother Taj's Q&A Taj obviously shared the same Jackson mentality, the entitlement to Michael's estate is quite absurd. It's hard to trust any Jacksons at this moment. I hope Michael's children are wise enough to choose who they want to live with, a suitable guardian who put ppb's wellbeing as the priority.
