My friend sent me this one. He's coming back from our hometown with my brand new headphone (ATH-M50X) and a couple of beers (5L - LOL). I guess the first thing we'll do is eat a lot at the Hana Matsuri (it's held near my house every year)

That tears it!!! I'm gonna post a rant video tonight ranting against bullying in deviantArt. My friend has been bullied and threatened way too much already. If my rant doesn't get thru to deviantArt, then I'll advise her to take legal action against the site and those bullies.

Dude, I had some troubles with DA because I submitted an entry to a contest (The Corrs - All the way home), which was my work only and the band's announcement granted permission to use their pics to every contestant. DA's admins deleted my DVD cover and I never got a response from them after several complaints.

DA's admins deleted my DVD cover and I never got a response from them after several complaints.

Well I helped my friend out reporting to the admins about about these idiots threatening to have her wrongfully banned fro dA and they did nothing to help, just making these bullying and threats worse and causing her to stress out even more. I have to keep reporting on these harmful journals of theirs and if these still persist then I'll have to rant over this on YouTube that these actions has to stop. These bullies claimed my friend spams and stalks around and she told me she DID NONE of the sorts and she has autism like me.

I will not stand by and let my friend take anymore threats. Things have to be done. If not done like we wanted. Then they'll get their @$$es sued.

PoP, I do hope it gets resolved but one thing that works pretty well, is BOYCOTTING the site and spreading NEGATIVE advertising as to ‘wake up’ other members. It’s a tactic that works best as word to by mouth is the worst thing that can happen to a company.

In my case it was HP that bleeped it up and my boycott went as far as boycotting even windows in its entirety and I am so glad I made the switch as the apple service is the real customer service you expect. My IPhone got broken last Saturday and see today, I can fetch a new one as it was still under warranty and the geeks there are so nice. They even gave me a ‘foster. IPhone that is performing Even better as the one that got broken and that is ‘customer service’ lol you have to ‘pamper’ the client lol I was baffled yesterday when I called them when they said it only takes 3 working days to fix it. It took windows 2 bloody months and still they had the smirk of now it should work somehow.

so I am looking forward to get my new babe this afternoon and we’re finally spring with a promised whopping 17 degrees Celsius OMGreally

Well I wanna do the rant video first and my friend gave me the names (deviantArt user names) of those who bullied and threatened her and that I’ll know whom I’m talking about and why they’re threatening her, including that they threatened to have her banned from deviantArt, then I will convince my friend to boycott the site and I will do the same.

Indeed, I would do the rant video to expose the bullies and then at least to boycott. I know it’s not an easy thing to do but sometimes it’s the only thing you can if no one takes you serious.

Yeahhh welcome to Blue lol I have the ‘weird’ tendency to give my stuff names as I think it’s a bit posh to brag with all the Apple devices you own so I rather give them names lol.
We have another spring day today and so I promised my mum I’d help her with cleaning the garden and getting it ready for summer think it’s a bit too early yet for sowing yet but at least we can get rid of all the death things that didn’t survive the winter.

How is everyone? I have been "away" for a while but plan on coming here more regularly
My friend lives in the countryside (where I grew up as well). Lately I have been yearning to spend more time there and with friends and family. I like my city but living in the center is getting on my nerves ... more and more.

Last weekend, when I was away, a suicide attack took place in my town (Münster, it was on the news in many countries). It first seemed to be a terrorist attack, but it was the doing of one mentally ill man. This town is very idyllic and a university town (a very large part of citizens is students , many international students as well). The attack shook the city to the core. Münster is very much associated with open-mindedness and peace:

I´m actually "glad" it was not international extremists terror, for we have many muslim people here and even a mosque in the center of the city. I would be very afraid of religious / cultural clashes in the aftermath of an extremist terrorist attack.

How lovely that Tinkerbell figure. :wub: Oh yeah, the country is nice indeed. I do live in the city but still we have lots of green here which smells so nice instead of just concrete.

Think, I have a bit of ‘spring blues’ lol or it’s the humid weather that is doing me head in. Weather is so unpredictable hey and it’s annoying if you have Athritis too. th:
Anyway, I did some gardening already so peaceful really and my head has been in whirl today as I am eager to hit off with a new project that keeps my mind of my aching bones.

At the same time, it is not far at all from all of the necessary infrastructure/amenities and the city is only a half hour drive away, on the freeways. I feel blessed too now as we got a little park in front of our Residence too complete with lake and ducks lol They made it so beautiful

Where would I go? Think either the movies as that is like ages ago or the forest. I love trees. They are so magical. They stand tall and proud. Cool idea and spring is the best time to be in nature as everything is waking up and stating to bloom.

Have I told you yet? We got Henry back. We’re not sure if he’s a frog or a toad but he’s enjoying hopping around Mum’s garden again. We also have other brown frogs in our pond. I love the wildlife just appearing in our garden.

So... It's 9am here and I really don't know why I read comments on youtube/facebook or whatever website that enables social interaction...
It was a video about modern/contemporary music. Why is it bizarre and people often don't consider it a form of art. The video is nice but then you get into the comments section...Among some very nice technical comments there's this guy who says that if disliking this kind of stuff is being a commie or a nazi, then he's not afraid to say he is such a thing. And goes beyond stupidity saying that Hitler had a better taste regarding art.
Probably you guys don't know what's going on in Brazil but the past 3 years have been all about name-calling because person A thinks person B is a commie who's trying to implant a comunist/socialist government (yes...it's the Red Scare from the later 40's all over again). And this has also led to an increase of Hitler/Mussolini mentions, often praising their tastes or doings (I wonder....)

The rage against Schöenberg is because he's known for atonal music, more specifically, dodecaphony[1]. It doesn't sound as pleasant as Bach's Invention 8, Sleeper's Awake (Wachet auf, ruft uns die Stimme) or Beethoven's Razumovsky, but it has been used in movie scores, along with serial music[2]. Stravinsky was one of some well-known composers who worked with serial music while still writing "classical" stuff[3]. Debussy is famous for Claire de Lune and also took the "weird sound" path using dissonances[4].

This guy in particular probably never heard about the degenerate art/music exhibitions organized by the Reich and probably doesn't know Schöenberg was jewish as also were Gustav Mahler and Felix Mendelssohn. The Reich put works by Picasso, Van Gogh, Matisse, Cézanne, Degas, Renoir and Mondrian in another exhibition about degenerate art. He may be clueless about Negermusik too [6]. In [7] you can spot "Swing Low, Sweet Chariot" in the list.

I really don't get why this guy thinks Hitler or the reich had some taste instead of an agenda.
With all this info out there are we still getting dumb?

It is sad, but I guess there are a lot of people who are not educated well but have a big ass mouth and like to spill their crap. And then there are those who are very well educated and STILL do refuse to learn from the past.

It is sad, but I guess there are a lot of people who are not educated well but have a big ass mouth and like to spill their crap. And then there are those who are very well educated and STILL do refuse to learn from the past.

I gave up reading youtube comments a couple of years ago, sweetie. It literally makes me afraid for the future of the human race, to see the things that some people believe and write. I take some solace in hoping that they are in the NOISY MINORITY and that most people are more intelligent than this.
