I wonder where that second clip (TMZ) came from and how they got their hands to it?
Murray's lawyers decided not to show it 2009 as it shows him in bad light, so why it was released on MJ's death anniversary date and by whom? What was the purpose? I cannot imagine that Chernoff or Flanny releasing it, as it shows his lies before the trial, so it came from someone else. Or maybe Cherny got fed up to Flanny, who blamed him for Murray not testifying so Cherny released the tape?
Its bad enough when I do Google search on Michael, and the first ones to come up are about Murray regretting for not testifying. They did it on purpose to release that bit of garbage on 25/06 to take away attention from Michael's memory.
I highly doubt it was Chernoff. He seems quite proud of the fact he was Murray's lawyer, seeing as it's plastered everywhere you see him. His Twitter, his FB, and he still calls him "Dr. Murray."
Maybe it was Flanny sabotaging things from the inside. >D
Nah. In all honesty, it was probably someone we don't know about. I doubt either of the two would risk releasing it.
PS. Flanny didn't blame that Chernoff person for Murray not testifying. Chernoff was adamant that Murray not take the stand--something which seems prudent, since the f--er would have been crucified on cross-examination by Walgren. I sometimes seriously wonder what Flanny is thinking sometimes. He seems to want to do everything in his power to make his client look terrible, and yet he is his defence lawyer....
Not that it should matter, in any case, since as Judge Pastor said, at the end of the day Murray got the ultimate say regarding anything he may have wanted to say. Had he gone up and testified and things turned out a mess like they most likely would have, how much do you want to bet Murray would be flinging crap at poor Flanny like he's doing with Chernoff? As much as I don't like Chernoff, the only person Murray has to blame in regards to testifying/not testifying is himself.
Quit blaming Chernoff and Flanny for your mistakes, Connie. It's time to put on the big boy pants and face the music...
-shudder- I can't believe I'm defending Chernoff, my least favourite person aside from the obvious lot, but...the guy's got too much of a life to be wasting his time playing these dumb PR games Murray and Wass want to play. He just lost his firm and is probably trying to rebuild, he's got a wife and kids, and sh-t to do. Moreover, he hates the media and Hollywood, so why would he want to involve himself with TMZ of all people?
More likely than not some nobody sideliner from either Chernoff's now defunct firm or Flanny's firm was the one to release the thing for a sum. It's usually the case when TMZ has something that some shady person leaked the info/tape/pic/whatever.
No, no, no. You can't let that creep take the joy of Michael away from your life. While he has all the fault in Michael's passing, he doesn't have any influence in you or in any of us to make us pull away from Michael. Sooner or later he will have to answer for his actions.
No, but I'm sick of him. I want him to just go away already, which won't happen until he dies, it appears. And, maybe it's the timing of this month, but all things Michael just do not shine as they once did before. I'm hoping this is a temporary thing. I don't want to ever leave him. But it makes my heart heavy to see him now.
You'd think time would mend the wounds, but it only serves to cut them deeper.
