Well who's to say he didn't have reading glasses though?

I hope that at some point we'll be able to listen to this again...........and you'll see that when he was stating the list of songs, there was simply no hesitation at all, he rattled them off way too easily for someone under the influence/sedated......
 
It's almost to me like he was reading something for parts of it........then speaking spontaneously in parts of it.

You have to seriously wonder WHY Murray would have taken the time to record him if there was no reason for it. Wouldn't it make sense that he wanted him to read something so that he could record it? Though based on what MJ said, I'm not sure what benefit it would have been to Murray, the things he'd said.

I think it was weird when there was such a pause from MJ and Murray asks "are you okay?" WTF? What a stupid question.
 
I am convinced that CM did not find him in this state. He PUT him in this state and was observing him while he was putting him under!
 
that recording by murray of mj. i didnt listen to it so it my give a different context when u do. but murray saying are u ok after a 10 second silence. that sounds as if he wasnt in the room with mj. was it shown for defo that this was a recording made by murray and wasnt for instance him recording a phone conversation? can they even tell the difference?

I completely agree. Also in that sleepy state, with great possibility he would probably miss something in text or repeat/read same word/sentence twice.
 
Well, not that its so importand if it was reading or not. but i must say i had this feeling the first time the played just the half. it#s not the themes he is talking about. they are the usual ones. it's the stutter and pronounce of the sentences. I think even if it painful, after listen again more careful to it it's obvious.

Good point, it did seem strange that he would ask such a stupid question if he was actually there in the room with him.........but I think the witness verified that this recording was made with the app iTalk and was not a phone recording per se? I don't know. I wonder if a person can be talking on their iPhone AND using the iTalk application at the same time? I guess that's what you're asking? That's a good question. If so, I don't think it was clear from the witness as to whether this would have been recording 'in person' or while having a phone conversation.

what benefit. probably a $100K to murray at least. a wonderful blackmail tool aswell

About the "are you ok" : Murray was maybe just checking if Michael was asleep

What I meant was if Murray had him 'reading' as some poster has stated. If he was just reading whatever the heck was in front of him, Murray could had written a script that make his say anything and everything. So, why would he have Michael ramble about children if this was scripted. That's what I meant.
 
hoping the early lunch is cause they are gonna play the 2hrs of murray interview with the police next and the D.A didnt want it broken up by lunch

I think it shows that for Murray to give his own response at 11:17am he had to read all the other replies in the email. That may have taken some time...time he wasn't spending watching Michael.

Gotta say it's a more than a bit interesting that all this back and forth about the insurance was going on during the night of June 24th, but not surprising. I always felt those press reports about MJ's health once the shows were announced in 2009 were purposely kept in the tabs to sabotage the shows or make ppl question him. Looks like it worked.


However, it calls into question the exam MJ took to secure the initial insurance. Despite what we knew about MJ's health from a public standpoint (back issues, lupus, etc.) WHY would they believe press reports and doubt the results of the 1st exam that indicated he was "allegedly" in good form? Guess we'll find out more about that in a civil suit.

I'd be lying if I didn't say my conspiracy flag just flapped a little...but again, that stuff has no place in a criminal trial against Murray without a smoking gun tying it all together...IMO.

There's a question I'm wondering about but I'm scared to type it out loud. Imma wait to see what Murray has to say on the police tape...if he addresses what I'm thinking (and I'll let ya'll know if I hear what I'm waiting for or not). Hope I don't hear it becuz it could be a game changer. Not that Murray can be believed BUT if he goes there on the tape it may give more insight to where this defense may be shifting on one particular aspect. (edit again: ignore the game changer thing. Now that I've thought it thru...not a biggie.)

i get what you are saying but i think the state mj was in interms of his voice and being under the influence mattered more in making $ than what he was actually saying.
