Murray Trial - September 27 - Day 1 - Discussion Thread

I'm definitely feeling this prosecutor. We are learning a lot of NEW things through his opening statements.

This fool had the nerve to call Amir instead of calling 911. And he expects folks to believe he is without fault.
 
All I can say is I'm glad I'm not watching any livestreams right now. I don't think I could handle it :( Missed the photo and recording and that's just as well. Just reading about it makes me :puke:
 
Prosecution is doing a good job here. Things look bleak for Murray now. I can't see how Murray can be defended or try to worm his way out of these revelations.
 
Prosecution tallks about witness Alberto Alveraz. CM directed the shots there.
Told him to collect the vials.
At 12.15 to call 911. Pupils dialted. No pulse.
Murray claimed he had a pulse. Denial. Again showing his shadyness.

I know right?!?!? He has a slim shot in hell of not being prosecuted.. These pics are too much at times....
The prosecutor is doing a good job up setting up the case.
 
With this new information coming out, I'm gutted this man will most likely receive 4 years for taking Michael's life away. Does anyone think that the prosecution had all this information from the jump? And if so, why just go for a IVM charge?



I know that discussion is usually reserved for a different thread, I'm just shocked at what I'm hearing right now.
 
N i didnt think that we would be able to see what is shown on the screen in the courtroom on TV
 
I was wondering, did the DA say what Michael was under the influence of on May 10 when that recording was made?
 
Ok now I believe that first recording was a recording of Murray stating what MJ said about wanting to build a childrens hospital
becuase it shounds just like murray in his recordings. to the investigaters

Again showed phone records talking to inusrance again Micahel's health's fine.! The nerve of that bastard!

Thank you. Did they say why Murray recording Michael in that state? Also I missed some of the detail about Michael's health. Did they say if he was sick other than on June 19?

I also heard him say that he was under the influence of an "unknown substance." If I am not mistaken he did not say anything about Murray's reason to record Michael.

No it was MJ. It was only a short clip. He said Muarry recorded it on May 10 on an app on his iPhone

I don't believe they mentioned why Murray was recording him like that. But they did mention that it was in May, before the deal was even signed, and that Murray initially wanted 5 million dollars to care for Michael. So it's looking like the recording may have been done as a way to blackmail Michael. I doubt that issue will be factored into this case though.

They mentioned the 19th, and I believe that's all they said as far as Michael being sick, just that day.
 
Surprise, Surprise. TheSun.co.uk has already took the picture and posted it on it's front page of it's website. That's a disgrace, an utter disgrace. Yes, we maybe need it for the trial but why put it on your website?
 
Dr. Muarrys logic as to why he didnt call the ambulance is very off. I also didnt know that he wasnt certified at the time either.
 
Muarry looks really worried. I guess it hard to face the facts when for so long he has been lying to himself trying to change what happened that day...
 
N Im mad they keep using that pic of MJ in the hospital as a backdrop for the powerpoint.... Im sure they get the picture
 
They showed the pulsox (that's spelled wrong) that Murray was using on Michael to monitor his vitals. The DA said it was pretty much the worst and most affordable device of it's kind on the market.


Talk about negligence, it seems Murray's primary concern was his paycheck. Sad.

Didn't they say that the recording was a voicemail? That would mean he didn't actively record him, but he still kept that voicemail for weeks before Michael's death and obviously after.
