how these ppl can defend and obviously guilty person and refuse to even except what he did was wrong is beyong me. they are just as bad as murray.they actually think its ok to give diprivan with no equipement etc etc

Like for real this guy is annoying me. He said Michael hadn't done a show in over 10 years what is this guy on crack? He hadn't done a show in 8 years.
 
Feels like just talking around and around and around without geting to any point. Probably because he doesn't have a point.....
 
This has got to be the WORSE opening remarks I have ever heard in my life. I have sat in many jury boxes in my lifetime and have never heard anything this bad.

This opening just proves to me that, as we have all said from Day 1, MURRAY HAS NO DEFENSE!

Talking about "we will learn who Murray is." We ALREADY know what type of person he is. He's a person who had the nerve to record his patient after he put his patient under. There is no way to defend such actions.

elusive, I can tell you with a straight face, Ed Chernoff sounds like a fool! He's fumbling AND stumbling.
 
We don't need to bring in other Conrad Murray patients, this case is focused on Michael errr.. im getting frusterated
 
This guy is good at saying a lot about nothing particularly important or groundbreaking.
 
What did the recording say? I can't understand some of it. I can't believe he would record him like that and he is a doctor? I agree it was to blackmail him in the future. I saw the picture and it makes me angry. That's what Murray did to him. I just hate that it's going to be everywhere now.
 
Can't understand which role Randy Phillips is playing for the defence?

He keeps wandering in and out of statements now. And why does the fact that he lives in Houston mean anything? And who gives a crap if the Jury will like an 80 year old woman? It's got nothing to do with the case. It's the truth we want, not if we like a woman. This defense is stupid, illogical, screwed up and obviously cannot defend what Conrad Murray did.
 
Oh, god...just heard that tape. This is really going to require taking some things in morsels, especially while trying to work. It's too difficult otherwise.

Thank you all so much for your postings, thoughts, and this community. Makes that pit in my stomach a little easier to bear.

N im happy that Muarry took out of his time to treat the underpriviledge, but that has NOTHING to do with what happened on June 25, 2009 @ 100 N. Carolwood

Gonna be a fast trial, and Murray with all the proof, gonna be dead soon too.

Painful death please.

Yeah, the same 80-year old woman who Murray was prepared to DROP like a hot potato, if AEG would have signed that contract. LOL!

He sounds so stupid!

Now he is talking about Michael and Murray being friends and Murray treating MJ WAY, WAY before the AEG shows were even a thought. So much for that AEG lawsuit.
 
I hate to bring this up again, but Michael in that recording sounds like someone under the influence of an anesthetic or a strong pain killer. I sound like that and slur my speech when I'm being administered dilaudid. I can barely function on my own, with that said, I highly doubt Michael could've done this to himself, if that's what the defense is saying.

And this guy is saying a lot of stuff that doesn't have anything to do with this case, maybe it's his way of building up, if not, it's just a bunch of rambling, what does his 98-year old patient have to do with how Murray neglected Michael on that morning? What does Murray being a nice guy have to do with him continuing to administer propofol after already seeing the state Michael was in when he was under the influence. What does Murray buying medications for his patients when they couldn't afford them have to do with any of this?

dam they must be desperate if murrays crying already. i thought it would take at least a day or two for that action to be ordered!

I don't even know what he's talking about right now. It just makes NO sense!

He's talking about WHO had a lawyer in this case. And what time the meeting was scheduled.

The man needs to sit down, because he is truly embarrassing himself. That's probably why Murray is crying! LOL!
