Dr. Drew welcomed Nancy Grace to his show Wednesday night and it wasn’t long before the feisty former prosecutor weighed in on the day’s stunning testimony in the Conrad Murray trial.
Murray is charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson, but right off the top Nancy told Dr. Drew how she believes that Murray is being undercharged.
“This should have been charged as a murder one,” Nancy said. "It's very confusing, but murder one requires intent to commit the act – not to kill."

Nancy put things in perspective through a hypothetical situation.
“If I took a gun and held it to your head and pulled the trigger, and then went, ‘uh, I didn't mean to kill you, I only meant to scare you,’ it doesn't matter under the law,” she explained. “The law presumes you intend the natural consequences of your act… so by holding a gun to your head and pulling the trigger, the law assumes I mean to kill you.“
Nancy later noted that the jury should have a choice: “murder one, voluntary, involuntary, that should have been up to a jury.”
Later, Dr. Drew told Nancy that it seems as though Michael Jackson is the one being put on trial.
“They are,” Nancy said. "I disagree with blaming the victim... Michael Jackson should not be treated any differently than any other murder victim because if we don't get justice for Jackson, who's going to be there to stand up for you or me when it's our time, when we need justice?”
Dr. Drew agreed, saying that "it drives me insane that because somebody does or does not have addiction that they're therefore guilty or they're on trial. You know, addicts need more help from the medical community. They don't need to be held accountable."
“What Conrad Murray did is worse because he knew that Jackson was a junkie,” Nancy added.

I was surprised to read what Nancy said.
I was with her til that last sentence! But hey w/e.
Nancy also said in a short interview that "There is no way you can walk into
the mansion of the King of Pop, drug him to death and walk Scott free."
Again, I was surprised that she would be in defense of MJ after the way she
was about him during the 2005 trial.

Nancy Grace can just shove her comments, I heard her say this last night and I was like, whatever!

Nancy Grace was a prosecutor. She said she is looking at "this case," only. She is also a hater, but has said she would put that aside, to look at THIS case. I'm just grateful that she's not trashing Michael, as Dr. Drew IS. She is RIGHT. The case is grossly undercharged. So is Raymone Bain, RIGHT (and I have issues with her, too, but I do appreciate her stepping UP, now). She said that this case is terribly "undercharged." And hence, the petition that was circulated, saying just that. The tragedy is, that with Murray being "undercharged," he could actually get probation. To all those who did not sign the petition? Well, that is what it is, now, and Murray could get a slap on the wrist. To me, it WAS worth the risk, to charge him with Murder 2. Water under the bridge, and SO sorry. We deal with what we have to deal with, now.

Well now our Michael is a junkie!! Sometimes I really wish I was related to Michael only to have the authority to do something about people like Nancy. Better yet, I wish I was his child. Then I would find a lawyer to fight my case on how hearing Nancy make untruthful statements about my father caused me emotional and psychological harm.

As far as NG saying that Dr. Murray is undercharged,At least She got that right. And whatever happened in the past does not co-insides with What happened to Michael in 2009, in other words NG is telling people that we needed to forcus on what happened to Michael in 2009.

I agree he's undercharged. But he has a better chance of being convicted for the lesser charge.
As for Nancy, she can go to h***!! ppfffftttttt

Who cares what the thing says. She supports the pros side. thats her job. She still hates mj. her opinion is irrelevent

She should button up her blouse & stuff it with crow sandwich.
Just so happen Michael case now is on the prosecution side.
Leopards don't change their spots. Once a hater always will.
Flying pigs... don't really care !
You really think she would be defending for Michael...
keep dreamin'
