North England tribute?

I really wanna go leave messages or flowers somewhere or meet other fans but everything in the UK seems to be happening down in London and i can't get there :(
Anyone know of anything? I would be able to get to Newcastle or somewhere similar on the train.
 
I know how you feel.... London is miles away but I want to show my support too! Unsure we where could have anything though? Any ideas anyone?!

I live in the north west, I'm only 14 though, so I can't travel far. I really want to celebrate MJ's life likethey are doing in london and the US and lay flowers and things like that.

whereabouts in the northwest?
I am only 17 and so also wouldn't be allowed to travel far alone. What about York? Maybe at a HMV or something. I wonder if its worth contacting and asking ehat they could do.
 
I want to pay my tributes to michael so much. I'm from leeds.

tribute for michael in leeds! please! how can we do this :cry: i'm so confused. i want it to be phenomenal for michael. he has played at Roundhay park on bad and dangerous tour. maybe there :( i dunno i'm 15 and powerless. :( help :( i want to do something for him.

I don't know leeds very well. Is there anywhere that it would be appropriate to leave flowers and tributes? What is Roundhay Park? Or maybe there is a record store we could email and ask if we could leave things there.

there is HMV and Zavvi. and Roundhay park is like a huge field where they hold concerts. but i feel such a bad fan, u see all these beautiful gatherings of fans on TV and i haven't done anything :(
what can we do :cry:
 
how do we spread the word? i have no idea about twitter and all that. please in leeds, or anywhere.. just want to do something for you michael. :pray:

yes we will. erm im not entirely sure how to go about it either. Can anybody help us? Even if we just take pictures and flowers and leave them in this park, Michael will know we care.

If we decide a date and place to meet, we can just broadcast it on here and get everyone to tell anyone they know who may be interested. Then whoever is there can start off the tribute, then anyone else may add at a later date if they wish.
 
yeah.. well so far it could be this weekend? or whenever is the best date. i have school during the week though.
where are all the fans who live in England and can get to Leeds

Hey MJ im from Northwest and there are plenty more of us around! I will ask my friends, im sure dirty orange knickers, and phoenix wing would be interested. We have to have a load of us, and then maybe get intouch with local papers like the echo, etc etc, radio like radio city, since they brought him to liverpool , aintree in 1988!

Im sure if we all rally around we can sort something.

I cant do this weekend my brother is getting married! :( What time do you finish school? Could we do it after that sometime. Tuesday would be best for me as we have family coming to stay Wednesday. Im aware this is short notice but i really dont wanna miss out!

I will be on tomorrow. i still am now. i can't sleep. i have school in the morning which i'm dreading. will it be a problem to get to leeds? i hope not :pray:

My mum is allowing me to go to leeds as long as someone i know comes with me. None of my friends are MJ fans but i should be able to persuade someone to come on the train with me and then go shopping while we are doing this.
