The melody of the bridge for both songs is very similiar and to add to that, they both have the words"And guurrl" at the bridge

Not to forget the ad-libs close to the end, they are almost identical:
Yeah-yeah yeaaah.. yeaaah.. hoo!!

NOTE: This is not critisism as I enjoy both songs immensly, its just something I was wondering If I'm the only one who can hear.
 
I just had quick listen to both and Your right you know they do both go: yeah yeah oooo! Near the end. I noticed they also say Guuuurl! In the same way, well spotted, I love both songs too.
