They never said they couldnt or were searching for any.
And the apom footage could be in the archives easily to find, cause it was planed to be official video. So they did film alot shows of that performance only. Where the films of the full shows could be placed unknown.

I wish Michael would have sung in his deep voice sometimes, though. Many producers/people working with Michael were saying that he has a great deep voice.
