Well, folks get ready for the Casey Anthony defense i.e. tell lies, and more lies to the jury.
Nurse Cherilyn Lee, I pray she does not end up helping set the man who murdered Michael Jackson walk free.
I've never trusted her.

Thank you for the updates - I like this judge too. He did some good decisions to focus on the evidences for this case.

Yes so the judge is allowing both to give evidence. Now this will not help Murray either because here we have a dental procedure and Adams was qualified to do the work. The only problem was that the dentist did not have a license for his office to us the anesthetic procedure, is that correct, and he was reprimanded. The issue was only about the site.

Is this the right person ,occasion. Though? We have adams who gave it to mj in 08 when doing root canals. Murray attacked him saying he gave it to mj in murrays office correct? Adams denied it and is a pros witness.Remember the tmz article about blanket and vegas.wasnt that when the dr was told for not having the right licence? What was that dentist/dr's name. Was he named on the pros motion cause there was a couple of names i didnt recognise..Good about thome.the two main ppl who could have helped murray interms of throwing mj under the bus if they woke up that morning that way inclinded are out.Wonder now if the pros will file motions about adams etc as they said in their motion or if tgey dont bother as he cant help murray anyway

Apologies if this article has been posted. This is the first article that I've read that says that the prosecution will hire addiction specialists to prove that Michael wasn't addicted to Demerol.

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- New details have been released on the defense strategy for Dr. Conrad Murray, the man accused of manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson.


Court documents filed Monday show Murray's defense team plans to call witnesses close Jackson in an effort to portray the pop star as a drug addict.

Those witnesses include Jackson's make-up artist, Karen Faye, who was Jackson's friend for more than 20 years.

According to court documents, Faye told police that the week prior to Jackson's death he was in terrible shape and seemed to be under the influence of drugs. Faye said that she grew so fearful about Jackson's health and she became convinced he was going to die.

Also planned is Jackson's nanny, his dermatologist Dr. Arnold Klein, and former head of Jackson security Michael LePerruque.

LePerruque worked for Jackson prior to 2007. Documents state that LePerruque reported that on one occasion he was concerned that Jackson had overdosed, and sat with him during the evening to make sure he did not stop breathing.



In addition to witnesses, defense attorneys say they have proof that Jackson possessed Propofol at Neverland Ranch as early as 2003. Documents state that two weeks prior to Jackson's death, he wanted Klein to get him an anesthesiologist to administer Propofol.

Prosecutors are fighting this defense strategy, saying the witnesses are not relevant. They also contend that the pop star was not addicted to Demerol and plan to hire addiction specialists to prove that, according to court documents.
A judge is expected to rule on the admissibility of witnesses Monday afternoon. Murray has pleaded not guilty.

The other dentist was Dr. Tandrissi. When I read two doctors who had administered MJ propofol in a medical setting I thought about Dr. Tracey's interviews where he said propofol had been administered to MJ properly in his clinic for due procedures...

So in the end the articles mentioning that investigators for the false allegations in 2003 had told Murray's defense that propofol had been found at the time got it wrong, since all the defense wanted to prove was their theory of the demerol withdrawal.
It's incredible how easily things get wrong.

I'm glad about the decisions taken by the judge to concentrate only on relevance to this case.

*edit just read the motion from the pros and tandrissi name isnt in the motion at all. so is it defo him?

You maybe right. Maybe this is another doctor and situation. Let's look at the names of the doctor and dentist that the judge will allow to testify.

Dr trandissi is the one from the tmz article re blanket in vegas. Smooth lugar says thats the other dentist. Is trandissi named in the defence motion as hes not in the pros one. I dont have the heart to read the defence motion

^`^` Well, Dr. Tandrissi is the other dentist you were asking for, the one who used to work together with Dr. Adams, but I don't know if he will be the other doctor testifying...

Reading the motion filed by Murray's lawyers and you find out some interesting things. Those of you who thought that LMP was sincere during her interview with Oprah how about maybe she was feeling guilty. Why? Because she told the cops that when Michael collapsed in 95 that Dr Neil Ranter and another doctor were the reason he collapsed never mind the fact we know Michael was suffering from the flu and dehydration along with a fluid imbalance in his liver and kidneys. You would not believe the things people like Karen Faye and Grace told the cops. It is little wonder why they have not been interviewed by Murray's team

Read the bit about presley. So she told the police what she told oprah or is that bit of the motion just taken from what she told oprah and they are reporting it as fact.what a cow to jump to such conclusions and then blame metzger are ratner when we know the facts of what happened.And grace what a bitch saying that about the cascios and what went on there

Grace was throwing people under the bus left and right. Doctors of Michael's friends and of course AEG. If the kids said Michael passed out and told them to call the cops did they? Wouldn't that be on record? Or maybe it did not happen. It is little wonder why some of these people are not talking to Murray's lawyers

Im surprised murrays lawyers havnt gone begging to them.

When do we get the transcripts for the hearing cause we still dont know the situation re these witnesses.

Susan Etok never knew Michael in the way she say, so.. bad witness and liar.
Grace tends to lie too
Karen.. uh.. lies, change her ,ies and lies a little more, or she's just confused over what she did witness, either way.. The way she's is just bad, she should not have said anything on her fb from the start.
Lee is lying too and can't be trusted, she's also changed her story and the dates she mentions doesn't seem right.

Before Michael died she was fired because you would not take a pay cut. After he died you were fiired because of drug use. Yeah right Grace

"she said in May or June ,2002 Ms.Rawamba recieved a call from Michael Jackson's children stating out that Mr.Michael Jackson had passed out on the floor and they could not revive him . She instructed them to call 911"
how old were they ? 4, 3 and 4 months ? :ermm: they were calling people on the phone at that young age ?!!! "they failed to revive him" really how come ?!!!!:smilerolleyes:

she told them to call 911 ? obvioulsy they did not because no one ever heard of 911 being called to MJ's house to revive him before June 25
