At approx 38m 30s / 39m Taj agrees with Charles Thomson that the ruling from the California Court of Appeal regarding the WR lawsuit was nothing more than virtue signalling. Interesting. The MJ Cast just released a 2 hour interview with Taj. I won't go into too much detail, you're welcome to listen for yourselves. Takeaway points were:
• He wants to release it before the biopic.
• He wants to release it before and if the trial happens.
• The Estate are 'supporting the project'
• Hinted that fundraiser was to pay for a pilot episode.
• 2 entities offered to pay for the complete series but never came through.
• Leaving Neverland 2 is definitely coming.
• 100% confident he will complete.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Imo, Taj does sound very focused and confident in this interview and I've never heard that from him before.Glad to hear some update, though it's still hard to believe that it'll actually get done.
LN2 was always going to happen, sadly. DR has been filming stuff for years now.And the idea of LN2 being a thing is... ****... I can't go through all of that again.

Yeah I remember reading such things but I kinda just dismissed it thinking maybe it could be filmed but then not come out for some reason. But like... I just can't believe it's a thing and that it's being allowed to happen while anything to show Michael's innocence is delayed or ignored. It's been known that they've been working on leaving neverland 2 for quite a while now. Not a case of if but when.
They'll be covering the trial for the sequel so it'll come out after. https://www.mirror.co.uk/3am/us-celebrity-news/leaving-neverland-sequel-being-filmed-30567942I wonder how soon that LN sequel will get released. Logically it should be before the trial.
If the trial and sequel come first and MJ loses then there will be no doc, who would be interested?
Will probably be about the journey that they have gone on including the trial etc. All with abuse victim narrative of course.Yeah I remember reading such things but I kinda just dismissed it thinking maybe it could be filmed but then not come out for some reason. What would even be shown in it? I mean I have an idea or two but I don't want to jinx anything.
Yes right I forgot. This could go completely under the radar then depending on the people's opinion on the trial and doc (and biopic)They'll be covering the trial for the sequel so it'll come out after. https://www.mirror.co.uk/3am/us-celebrity-news/leaving-neverland-sequel-being-filmed-30567942
I'm guessing they were filming all those court appearances when WR and JS had their lawsuits thrown out. I think we all know what the story is that DR is trying to build.Yeah I remember reading such things but I kinda just dismissed it thinking maybe it could be filmed but then not come out for some reason.
It's heartbreaking. But like... I just can't believe it's a thing and that it's being allowed to happen while anything to show Michael's innocence is delayed or ignored.
I hear you. I do feel for Taj. I have had my criticisms of how he has handled this but I can also see he's in a difficult position. He really has to be careful how much he says. What would even be shown in it? I mean I have an idea or two but I don't want to jinx anything.
Yep. The 'journey'.Will probably be about the journey that they have gone on including the trial etc. All with abuse victim narrative of course.
I was talking about what would be shown in LN2, not Taj's documentary. Though Taj may have to watch how his is presented.I hear you. I do feel for Taj. I have had my criticisms of how he has handled this but I can also see he's in a difficult position. He really has to be careful how much he says.
No, I got that. Soz! I'm really tired and basically buggered up my reply, lol. And I agree, I have my thoughts on what I think will be in LN2 but don't really want to get into it. I mean, there will be footage from the previous court appearances, I'm sure. But I don't want to say any more. Plus, it's too depressing to even think about.I was talking about what would be shown in LN2, not Taj's documentary.
He's in a tricky position.Though Taj may have to watch how his is presented.
Oh, DR is in for the long haul. Of that I'm sure.Though if the trial (if it happens) is part of LN2, then it may be a while yet. Still... I hate to see it happen.
Yep and it probably will be about 'us', the crazy fans who do not 'just believe' their million dollar lawsuitsWill probably be about the journey that they have gone on including the trial etc. All with abuse victim narrative of course.

TrueYou know what the problem is? You can not prove a negative. So there is no way ever anyone can ever prove Michael's innocence except God Himself. The only thing we can do is debunk what they throw and let the morons have their trial and lose. I do not have much trust in the justice system anymore but I have faith that God will watch over this BS and make sure justice is served.
True
I wonder how Russell Brand's career will end up now that he's been labeled a sexual predator.
It's extremely hard to brush off that image regardless of the outcome.
It's absolutely true that you cannot prove a negative but I definitely believe that if MJ's (whole) story would be explained in a truthful, powerful way very little people would still believe any of the accusers. You know what the problem is? I am more concerned of how this can happen, since a documentary like LN had everything at the right time: the 'MeToo' movement, the rise of streaming content, a post mortem interest in MJ etc. It must be something new and big imho
