it's called here Syrniki?
is a dish of fried cheese cakes that can be served sweet sprinkled with confectioners' sugar and sour cream or savory, topped with sour cream and herbs such as dill. Syrniki are made with a mixture of POT CHEESE or FARMER'S CHEESE, flour and beaten eggs, which is formed into cakes before being sauteed on both sides until brown.

Rich Heath Bits Cheesecake

Vanilla wafer crust
this recipe first:
combine 1 3/4 c vanilla wafer crumbs (about 55 wafers) and 2 tbl sugar; stir in 1/4 c (1/2 stick) metled butter or margarine. Press onto bottom and 1" up side of 9" pan - refrigerate 30 minutes

now for the cake:

ingredients:
3 8 oz pkgs of cream cheese, softened
1 c sugar
3 eggs
8 oz cont dairy sour cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/3 c (8 oz pkg) heath Mil Chocolate Toffee Bits (divided)

1. prepare vanilla wafer crust - heat oven to 350 d
2. beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl on medium spped of mixer until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after ea addition. Add sour cream and vanilla; beat on low speed until blended.
3. pour hafl of cheese mix into crust. Reserve 1/4 c toffee bits fortopping; springkle remaing bits over cheese mix in pan. Spoon in remaining cheese mix
4. Bak 1 hour or until filling is set. Coll 15 min. Sprinkle reserved toffee bits over top. With knife, loosen cake from side of pan. Cool completely; remove side of pan. Cover; refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving. Cover; refrigerate leftover cheesecake.
