maybe its a restless sleep or you dream too much?
we all dream but some of us a little more and its
said we dont remember some of them....but
it disturbs our rest?

Could be. I remember couple of dreams every night.
But I can´t help it. Or maybe little walk berofe sleeping
would help. But I don´t have time for that. School is so
stressing.

turned off and lie down in the dark?
