The Epic Thread of Random-ness [MERGED]

Last night i met the man who single handedly started the 'Operation Christmas Child' appeal organistation, which is listed as being supported by Mike on MJJSource and is a world wide project. My dad is going to Africa with him in February as part of a team to send gifts out to children in mosambique and get involved in their aids awareness projects.
He is called Dave Cooke and is amazing. After seeing pictures on tv of Romanian orphans in 1989 on the news he decided he couldnt just sit back while he saw what terrible conditions they lived in so he decided to do something about it. So just his thought after seeing such horrible things on the news is now world wide and sends millions if boxes of gifts to children all over the world. Its just amazing how instead of watching the terrible things over the world on the news and thinking about how bad the situations are he actually did more than just think about how to help, he actually had the motivation to do something life changing for so many children all over the world. :yes:
