Ok, I'm crap at helping people with their problems. I'm hopeless with comforting them. I just seem to make things worse. At least when I try answer me back instead of not replying to me. No wonder I feel so useless......Forget It.

You'll get better at it with experience, and sometimes you're a lot of help even when you don't realize it. Just try to imagine yourself in their shoes, and then do what you would want a friend to do for you.
