Its called a flipper. MAJORLY outdated DVD technology that companies used to save money (better one disc than two). Bad idea though, the glue that holds the two discs together (yep its two fine discs) sometimes creeps through the movie side of the disc and its buggered. Remember the Terminator Special Edition discs in the UK? they were not flippers but because they had used cheep ink on the top of the disc, it ruined the playable side people were not happy.

Just be careful with that disc Mr DM.
