I feel like the notifications are like "you don't click on them immediately, apparently you're not interested in the thread anymore". But sometimes I have to wait because I don't have time (or the circumstances are not optimal to look into THESE threads ) and I am missing out on all the golden greatness, so sad

You can also just click on "What's new" (at the top), where threads with new posts show upThere's too many threads I am interested in and my brain is not very reliable
